Windows 10 install is just plug and play!
Not sure why so many complain. On Windows 10 just unpack, insert paper, turn on without USB cable attached to allow about 1 minute initiation (makes noises when toner is getting to developer), set up on 2 line panel what you want, plug in USB cable (don't turn off the printer!). Done. No need for any software, W10 supports this already. Any program supporting scanning can be used as well.

Excellent value, with some quirks
Good quality all around, the only problem I've experienced with the printer so far is the print does seem skewed ever-so-slightly... I notice the introductory toner cartridge has a bit of wiggle room on one side and sits angled in the same way that the printing is skewed, so maybe that's why. It is a very slight skew, I only noticed it because a page I was printing had a border. Edit: The skewed printing has corrected itself over time.People have pointed out that it doesn't work with Linux. It does work with Linux, but with a newer version of HPLIP than is provided for Ubuntu 18.04.1. You can download an up-to-date HPLIP from HP's website. This will get you printing. For scanning, you need a proprietary HPLIP plugin. The automatic plugin installation through hp-plugin kept failing for me, but to work around this you can let the script download the plugin, and before it attempts the install, grab the downloaded *.run file out of your ~/.hplip folder (make sure you copy/move it before exiting hp-plugin, so that it doesn't delete it). Then chmod +x and execute the .run file. You should now be able to scan, through both the flatbed and ADF.This certainly is a great deal more trouble to get it working than you would expect, but it does work well once you get it working. HP does currently list the M130fn as fully supported WITHOUT needing a driver plugin, so hopefully the situation will improve with future releases.

Great Value item for a small business!
I print about 200 copies of paper a day and this printer has not slowed down at all. Make sure you run it through its cleaning mode once a week and its an amazing purchase for the cost!

Sad day for HP ******Update*******
DO NOT install HP software from DVD or HP website if you are running Windows 10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!If you install the software by HP that came with the MFP ( mine did not work ) or download from HP's website DO NOT USE if you are running windows 10. HP's software will only install the fax and scanner software but the print driver does not work. You can scan and fax but can not print to the printer. called HP and they said it was an USB issue on my computer and wanted to remote in. I explained that I had 2 different Windows 10 machines fail the installation of the HP software but they still claimed it was a machine issue. I tested 2 other windows 10 machines and just plugged in the MFP windows installed correctly on both. Printer and scanning worked but the fax software was not installed. The driver install from HP's website does not let you choose what to install so I can only hope faxing can be done manually from the printer. Another issue is I decided to try printing through the Network and that failed as well. The software can see the printer, give me a MAC address and IP address. I can go to the web services web page on the printer but the software fails to install the Network drivers properly to Print. So this confirms for me that it was never a USB machine issue on the 2 failed machines since the driver did not install for Network printing as well but an issue with HP's software. Another note on the 2 failed installs windows did come up with a HP print driver update but that failed as well. I will try a few more things but I can see myself boxing up this printer and sending back in the next couple of days. ( One more thing I tried cleaning the registry of this printer after uninstall and cleared the driver files from system32\spool from a failed machine but that did not work either ). I was able to an HP 400 printer on a failed machine without an issue and setup Network printing to a HP 600 printer and was able to print. which only proves to me that the software is buggy and HP's customer support is lacking.****Update****Well after cleaning out the HP drivers and registry entries for the printer...... Tried to reinstall the HP drivers again. And as expected the same result Fax and Scanning works but the printing does not. As with the initial install Device Manager displayed the Printer as being fine with no issues. Force installed the print driver to the print device and after a reboot it looks like the printer is now working. No USB issues just buggy software install for Windows 10.Once again with Windows 10 just let the PC load its own drivers. A lot less Headaches

It's good, but be prepared to troubleshoot sometimes
All in all - it's a good printer if you can get it to work properly. As a LaserJet printer you'll be able to get a lot of print volume out of this device at a cost per page that is a LOT cheaper than a LaserJet printer. The MFP qualities allow you to scan and make copies as needed, and scanning is always a plus. One of the best features about this device is that it has an RJ45 jack for a network cable - which surprisingly, many LaserJet printers at this price point DO NOT have, and only have wireless capabilities. While that may seem great as a wireless printer and all, wireless devices are prone to have numerous connectivity issues, and even as an IT professional, it gets annoying for ME to troubleshoot, and to someone with much less IT knowledge, it would drive them up the wall.I have had some connectivity issues with the device, even when everything is networked and set up properly. A power cycle usually resolves the issue. It usually takes some tinkering to get the device to work for print jobs. The bottom line with this printer - it does work, and it gets the job done. I use it as a networked printer and couldn't tell you its expertise as a USB printer. But as a network printer, it gives a lot of members of my family headaches to use, and I use my knowledge as an IT professional to get it working, often. For most people, troubleshooting this device constantly is going to make them hate it.

Canceled the order because it wasn't wireless. My fault.
I didn't read the description carefully and it wasn't wireless so I canceled the order. Careless of me.
