Arrowzoom New 12 Pieces Red & Black 10x10x2inch Soundproofing Insulation Pyramid Acoustic Wall Foam Padding Studio Foam Tiles AZ1034 RED&Black

Pretty thin panels. They turned yellow under my office lights within 2 weeks which I thought was weird so I took them down and threw them away.

These panels are great, BUT the instructions say to rinse with water and let dry for 24 hours to allow them to take shape. In reality, you’re better off just taking them out of the package, laying them out, and letting them fluff up. If you follow the instructions you’ll end up with a wall full of warped squares. The only ones that kept proper shape were the ones that didn’t follow the provided instructions...

Be aware. It is not at all Red like you see in the picture. It is more of a pink/salmon color. Everything else was fine. I am just using the black ones and I'll have to find red ones elsewhere.

Excellent bravo

This is my second time buying this panels. I've shopped all over and gotten several different kinds in the past, but I came back to these for several reasons. They come in a small package which is easy to handle and, for the most part, when left out to air they puff right out. Some are a bit more compressed than others but give them a bath and blow dry them out and they're perfectly fine. I was impressed that while drying them with the blow dryer I would place my hand on the back of the panel and I would feel no heat coming from the dryer on the other side. That told me these panels are thicker than they appear. I also like the smaller size so its more modular and I can easily place them in areas where a larger size would be too bulky. (Comes with adhesive tape btw) And of course, they tamper down room reflection brilliantly. I close the door to my studio and you can just hear this "WHOMP" sound as all echo goes away. For the price, these are really a no-brainer!

They arrive airtight, so when you unpack them they are nothing more than slim form squares and I was left thinking, what have I bought :) but give them a couple of hours and they soon pop up into what was expected, they are good quality for the price, don't expect industry soundproofing, but over the wall they certainly take the edge off the sound for much better recordings.
