I got what I order, on time, as promised. It’s a very good product and works well. I used mine in a smoothie with another protein powder and have never noticed the bad taste that others have complained about. I’ll continue to use it.

Unfortunately it doesn’t dissolve, I’ve tried it in hot coffee, tried it with lemon juice and water it just doesn’t dissolve so you have to mix it and drink it real fast and just drink the chunks even it’s very soft and powdery and it doesn’t seem to have much flavor, it does not dissolve. So I’m not sure exactly how you’re supposed to take this, probably better to take it in capsule form. I don’t see any recommendations on the page on how you’re actually supposed to take it, maybe sprinkle it on your food? It’s supposed to help with muscle recovery, muscle building and metabolism so it’s definitely a good supplement to take it’s an essential amino acid but you need to be able to take it. And I don’t like taking products they have a lot of fillers that’s why I bought the powder.
