Excellent Quality Whole Oat Groats

Wonderful chewy texture and mild nutty taste
Delicious. This has become my go-to morning meal. It has a wonderful texture, not mush like other processed oatmeal, and great mild nutty taste to it. It takes time to cook (about an hour) but worth it. I cook a batch on my day off, put it in a covered container in fridge, then just heat up a bowl each morning throughout my workweek. I like a little brown sugar and some milk but , obviously, you can add what you want. I love that it’s organic and only processed to remove the outer husk so you get that gut health benefit that’s absent in the over-processed oatmeal’s. The size bag is perfect, I’ve just made my 3rd batch for the upcoming week and still have about 1/2 of this bag left. This means a bag will feed me breakfast for a long time at low cost. Great quality at a great price.

They are good!
I get this every month. I use it to make ny own home made seeds mix for my parrots. I love Yupik products because they are organic and it doesn't contain other weird ingredients that i have seen in some other brands. I love that it's not over priced. My parrots love eating it. I have also cooked some for myself and they are delicious. They cook quick and they are easy to digest.
