UPDATE - cameras used to be great, but now Customer Service rude and useless...
UPDATE 9/24/2020 - Customer Service/Tech Support is now barely existent and rude. Their service/support used to be polite and eager to assist. However after several years and almost $900. spent on their cameras, they rolled out a new remote App and a system-wide update which they never really notified existing oents about (I had to email them when my cameras stopped working remotely.) After many months (neh, a year) of unreplied to emails and a now non-existent voice mailbox at the telephone number listed on their web site, I am now getting 24-hour delayed, nasty, rude email replies and STILL cannot remotely access 7/10 cameras or access 6/10 even fr the LAN. "Look, the system works. [Just do what we've told you which I have repeated multiple times to no avail] and it should work..."I don't know what transition took place in this company, and it's a shame because they're products used to be my recommended favorite. But after this, I will no longer recommend them nor purchase one of their products again, which is a shame because it was a perfect balance of features and price in a wide market.

Scary camera
I was very disappointed at this product. The camera is shaped with eyes and a mouth. At night the eyes are the infrared lights, they flash on and off, at the same time the bottom flashes. My son one night kept crying as I kept checking in on him via the camera. When I decided to see what the problem was and kept my phone on to see the device I realized what my son was experiencing. It was quite frankly scary.

Horrible quality
Suppose to be new and has clearly been opened. Also the instructions were unclear I wired it directly and the video was horrible. Will be returning and I do not recommend to anyone

Good deal
Follow the directions and read them with patience! Do not try to do this with out reading them! I use this in my child's room and it works perfectly! I can stream the view onto my smart tv and watch my child while I lay in bed reading.

they are pretty terrible: misleading and in broken English
I'm returning it after one day of use. In my opinion, this is a cheap camera from an Asian manufacturer who pathetically fails at pretending to be an American-based company. Wi-Fi installation took more than an hour despite my graduate degree in engineering. There are both printed instructions and a Youtube video, both of which are confusing and don't match the current version of software. I never succeeded at connecting the camera to the router completely wirelessly: the WiFi password wouldn't take on. I ended up connecting it with an Ethernet cord for an initial pairing and then disconnecting it and switching to wireless, but this was not in the instructions. Talking about printed instructions, they are pretty terrible: misleading and in broken English. The camera body is flimsy: it arrived popped out from its rotation mount on one side, and I had to push it back in, but it didn't look sturdy. The camera motion is incremental. One mouse click or one finger swipe on a cell phone turns it by about 10 degrees at a time, so I found myself swiping intensely to get it to turn around. The worst thing about this camera is the awful quality of produced video in the night hours. Even with overhead lights on, the picture was washed out, with distorted colors, grainy, low resolution, and lots of blue streaks of noise across the screen. I didn't see an option to focus, so it was out of focus all the time. The noise was gone on daytime images, thanks to lots of sunlight in the room, but that's not when I need a baby camera most. Night vision was also reasonable, but also out of focus.I bought this camera based on positive reviews on Amazon, whose validity I have come to seriously doubt.

baby monitor
the installation manual is worthless, without the help desk we would never have gotten the system working. given that, the picture is very good quality in both daylight and night modes. the app functionality works very well. Sound is ok but a little muffeled
