Is it ok for hand-wash use?

It's liquid so I would think so, YES! Just use very little. I use about 2 tablespoons for a full load in the washer and everything comes out just fine and smelling great! Good luck!

Does it contain fragrance?

It does have a scent to it but not to strong. I really like the smell and it doesn't bother the baby!

Is it ok for hand-wash use?

I probably wouldn't recommend using for hand washing only, maybe if you had to from time to time

how much is shipping weight in lbs?

100 oz is 6.25 lbs, so just slightly more than that to account for the bottle weight.
