Haynes manual ford focus.
Haynes manuals are all excellent pieces to have to hand, they explain how to take apart and rebuild all parts of the engine, they have how to's on every piece of the car itself. Without one; I would have been lost many times and had to scrap alot of cars. But because you can purchase them for most old cars and new, it makes servicing your car a hell of alot easier and saves thousands on workshop repairs.

Helps make sense of that noisy thing under the bonnet.
I am new to cars but I am pretty good with my hands if something needs to be done. I always try to do things myself first.I found this book really helpful, it outlines what should be done, when and how to do it.If you are new to cars it takes a bit of reading to try and understand what it is about and whilst there are photos I found that some were not that easy to view and got some help from You Tube. Most of that is down to my understanding and this really is a good book if you don't want to pay a mechanic a lot of money to do some really simple things.

Makes DIY work easy
Unlike newer cars that require a degree in computing to fix and/or specialist tools, this manual for the old Ford Focus enables people like me to do basic maintenance - that in itself makes it a great investment. Useful product and just what I needed.

Worth It
Not as good as some of the earlier manuals due to the mix of types covered. E.g. Some descriptions don't marry up to the actual item, but with a little common sense its identifiable. E.g. Gearbox for Petrol, IB5 type - has one paragraph for reverse sensor and a complete breakdown for the MX75 type.
