BOOMco DXD58 HALO UNSC MA5 Blaster

So i have been waiting for nerf to team up with 343 or BUNGIE for years to make these guns. Even if i could see nerfs variation, i think boomco OUT DID themselves.First of all, the gun i got was the blue variation of the MA5 assult rifle, pretty much chiefs pea shooter. Whats cool is the shape, weight, feel and scatter like style the darts have when projecting out of the gun. It gives a replicated feel. And really cool how even though you cant pop a clip in the back and shoot, like you noticd in the game while reloading, but you can still store one there. I also love blue team so im glad this is a thing.The bad parts about this gun? Well pumping it to shoot a clip can be a work out(i do not mind but others will.) and can be tedious if being used in said boom co war. Also, the gun tip? The darts do not come out of it. It comes out of a gaping hole under it. Now, dont get me wrong its still cool but really really inaccurate and it did low key bum me out. And it would have been cool to see the ammo counter. All and all i think its freaking great. I would reccomend for red vs blue cosplay or just for fun!!

My 7 year old grandson "thought" he wanted something else (an Air Soft gun). I surprised him with this, also providing his numerous brothers and cousins with an assortment of Boomco guns and dozens of extra darts. A total hit. These things are simple and well built. This MA5 is a favorite. Pump it up, insert a "magazine clip" loaded with darts, and attack machine-gun style. Again, simple to load and use. It never malfunctions. Powerful. All plastic but no breakage issues among any of the Boomco stuff.The Boomco darts do a good job of travelling fast (better than Nerf), yet do not injure (fingers crossed). They are hollow, flexible thin plastic, with a very soft rubber tip. The tip makes them "front-heavy", which means they travel straight and do not tumble.One of my daughters have 4 boys I bought the guns for . . . now her and her husband have ordered guns for themselves.

As expected, the rate of fire of darts from a slot between the barrel and tactical light is high enough to provide a true assault style weapon.The quick clip expenditure when pumped up 20+ times provides for a very nice cover fire or surprise strike weapon.While it has included, two eight round clips. The true beauty of this gun comes in a separately purchased twenty round clip.The spray from a 20 round clip lasts for easily four seconds and can often overwhelm a target, even if moving!Expect this gun to be your high-quality rapid fire (cough sniper mod your clips, ahem) replica go-to.If equipped for hit and run style gaming, a few hundred darts can make the wielder of this weapon very difficult to evade or contest!I saw poor reviews for the gun, maybe durability.. or the reviewer using the included 8 dart clips?The barrel tips have give to them and I expect from the feel of them they are easily breakable.I saw comparisons of this gun to powered options and it is a good deal quieter overall than most powered options and it's high rate of fire is nearly non-comparable in the slower rate of fire of many other automatic types of dart blaster.TLDR; Halo Gun! Shooty Fast. Be careful with barrel tips!Much better with 20 round clip.

I bought this gun to 'one-up' my friends' Nerf Guns. Boy did it! This thing is loaded with power and is extremely fun to play with! It is a pump-action gun, meaning you must pump it a certain amount of times for it to 'spray'/fire the darts. It does not say how many pumps it takes, and you kind of have to figure it out. This comes with two puny 10 shot clips, and this gun has way more power than that, so I would recommend getting the 20 shot or the 40 (I went with 40). With the 40 dart clip I found the max pumping to be around 20-25, and it would fire around 1/2-3/4 of the clip. Well worth the price, I still am using it after buying it a year ago. Great fun for any teenager or adult, just don't shoot people in the eyes!

I bought it mainly for cosplay but as an actual dart gun it's shockingly good at its job. I hadn't read up on it very much so the fact that it fired full-auto the first time I pulled the trigger had my jaw dropping. The 8-round clip is small-ish but if they went too much bigger then it'd lose the Assault Rifle silhouette. I've blown out more than my share of air-pump water guns so I haven't done more than 6-8 pumps but that's enough to empty the clip with some good velocity.Just a note that these ain't Nerf guns - the bullets have a rubber tip that would be called 'soft' by no one who's ever gotten hit with one. They are nose-heavy; the weight I'm sure helps keep the velocity after launching. As such they have pretty good distance.This is surprisingly accurate for cosplay purposes. It might be 10-15% on the small side but the detailing is really good. A solid paint job and no one except the most nitpicky of cosplayers would know it wasn't an expensive replica.

This kid loved this more than he thought he would. I tried to discourage him from spending so much on a toy, but he got it and couldn't be happier with it. The gun is pretty big and bulky but not heavy at all. Messures 28inches from back to barrel. Kid really likes the feature where the gun goes into semi automatic state. Overall one amazingly happy kid. Product is well put together, We've had this gun now for about 3 months. Couple missing bullets, but no broken parts or complaints. With a house full of boys, the durability of this product has certainly been tested. Overall he made a great choice and this toy proved to be worth the money spent.

This is actually quite a quality non Nerf gun, seems to be actually licensed by Microsoft themselves (so that should tell you something about this brand, since they coulda gone with Nerf) the pump action isn't something u need to have the strength of 12 angry Spartans to move (but it does take about 12 pumps to unleash a whole clip) and it will shoot 8 darts with a half second trigger pull (pretty cool). this is definitely worth the money and would make a nice present to hardcore halo fans and children alike.(might i add its big enough that if someone wanted to they could probably convert it into a magfed bullpup paintball gun, the plastic seems durable enough that it could shrug off paintballs)Great job boomco

Compre este articulo para mi hijo de 6 años. En realidad es algo grande para un niño de su edad, lo recomiendan para un niño de 10 años pero la verdad que hasta para un adulto el tamaño es el ideal. Su sistema de disparo es por bombeo de aire, lo que la hace disparar de 1 tiro o automatico (segun los bombeos que apliques), el sistema de disparo algo duro para un peque pero se soluciona con un poco de ayuda. Trae dos cargadores de 10 dardos cada uno por lo que recomiendo comprar un par de cargadores extras y extender la diversion un poco. En general muy satisfecho con el producto y mi hijo feliz.

saw a tutorial video on youtube, thought i'd give it a go being stuck at home and all these days. it was super easy and took no time at all, though kids should probably have parents help with power tools. 10/10 will do again. cant wait to convert the rest of them, thank you boomco fro makin a old childhood dream possible!

Me quitó el sombrero (O casco en este caso) pues este juguete es la representación más realista que he visto de una arma de videojuego comercialmente hablando. Los detalles, materiales y acabado son de muy buena calidad y es fiel al rifle de Halo 5. Inclusive dispara en modo automático como el rifle virtual. Tiene espacio en la culata para guardar un cargador extra y 2 cargadores ya vienen incluidos con todo y dardos. La verdad que sí eres fan de halo este rifle de juguete te deleitará... Y si eres un pequeño será fantástico.

Es una gran replica del rifle de batalla de Halo Combat evolved.Los dardos no son de la calidad de Nerf pero no me afecta ya que lo compre para pintarlo y dejarlo como un prop de display. Es de buen tamaño y comodo para adultos y niños.Dejo una imagen de como quedo repintado, de fábrica viene como en la foto, rojo con detalles en gris y plata.
