Good quality wrap and easy to work with if you’ve ever touched a sticker before this one’s just really sticky. It doesn’t hurt to watch a quick YouTube video on how to wrap though.

The vinyl arrived quickly and the color was perfect. In my opinion the color looks even better in person. The only issue is that there was a huge crease through the center of the sheet and I'm not sure if that happened during shipping or if it was shipped like tha . The vinyl is very strong and with a heart gun and squeegee the crease came out with no issue. Five stars despite the crease because the quality of the vinyl is incredible

Overall good product. Obviously you need skill/knowledge to apply the vinyl, but it is doable after viewing several videos. It does get better and easier the more you work with it. The only thing I was disappointed with was the shipping. The vinyl came rolled up inside a long skinny rectangles box. The box was bent in the middle causing the vinyl to get creases. In my opinion it should of been shipped in a tube. The creases were noticeable but with some heat applied to them I was able to remove 90% of them, but it caused more work for me. Instead of paying hundreds of dollars you can try to do it yourself.

Product arrived on time, yesterday in fact. I purchased this to cover the wood grain dash and chrome window trim on my BMW 335i that was purchased as a project car and is slowly sucking my soul from my body. Of course within an hour of having the vinyl in my possession, I began tearing my dash apart like an excited child unwrapping presents Christmas morn. The excitement of ridding my twin-turbo coke can of the "old-man's car wood dash" (mind you I'm 40 and bald - driving a BMW already gets me plenty of old man comments but the wood dash seemed to have certain disdain with me). The vinyl was great to work with. This was my first project with vinyl and I couldn't be happier with the end result...unless someone had done the work for me...for free. There is a bit of a learning curve involved, this required some adult refreshments, plenty of cigarettes and some Wu Tang pleasantly vibrating the floor in my house whilst figuring it out. If you don't own a heat gun before attempting working with vinyl, buy one. Not sure how well a hair dryer does because A.) I have a heat gun and B.) I don't have a hair dryer (refer to aforementioned bald statement) Tips from a guy who has never worked with vinyl: - Make sure you get a squeegee and use it, trust me your finger tips will thank you the next morning. When using the squeegee do not press too firmly, you will leave scratches on your vinyl. - Make relief cuts on the corners or concave or convex areas. This will eliminate trouble when you get to the corners. - Start with the vinyl adhesive side up and lay your trim pieces flat on the vinyl then work your way to the edges. - Once to the edge, leave 1/4 of vinyl to wrap around the edge, then again with the heat gun on the underside. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the outcome of this project and the material. In the event that your vinyl has a wrinkle, heat gun and stretch. Do not overheat as it will melt the vinyl. If you buy the matte finish, overheating and over stretching will remove the matte finish. Measure the area you wish to cover first and buy more than you need, you will make mistakes until you get the hang of application. I hope this helps your buying decision. Enjoy your sore fingertips.

First time using vinyl on a car wrap- just the hood actually. Watched a lot of how-to videos first. I was told that VViViD vinyl is thicker than others and it may very well be. Still, it's fairly easy to work with. I used it on the hood of my Hellcat which has several contours and recesses. The vinyl adheres very well, even when stretched into those recesses. That was 2 months ago. No problems with lifting over time either. The price on Amazon was the best I could find. Definitely recommend.

This stuff is garbage. If you're wrapping something relatively flat it may work fine. I was wrapping a hood on an SRT Challenger with an air scoop in the front middle. Glassing this stuff was so difficult. Set one corner, pull the other, the first corner lifts up. It really does not stick well in the first place, much less after lifting it a thousand times trying to glass it. I threw this stuff away and ordered some Avery vinyl. It works much, much better. My advice is to not waste your time and money with this stuff.

The usable vinyl area does not match the length stated in the description. The rolls are secured with tape that leaves a permanent residue on the vinyl, as shown in the attached photo. On the smaller roll used for my car’s trunk lid, the adhesive left a permanent stain that ruined the finish. On the larger roll used for the roof, I had to cut around the marked areas, leaving me short by about half an inch to complete the job properly. I then had to stretch the material to fit it under the weather strip, but I am unsure how well this will hold up under sun and heat exposure. This is frustrating as it leads to a poor wrap result and results in wasted material, time, and effort. The product should be advertised based on usable vinyl area only, since sections affected by tape are not usable. Other brands I have used protect the roll differently, so the adhesive does not contact and damage the vinyl surface. Other than that, it's an alright DIY product, low cost, but not at par with 3M or other professional grade vinyls. It works great on flat surfaces but can be problematic in deep recesses, elevations, or bulges. If choose to go with this for a DIY project, choose additional length according to required usable area. Also, to be fair, Amazon offered a refund for the trouble I had.

It seems like VViViD is the way to go when buying vinyl. Its great if you have a small project or decal you're making and don't need anything fancy like 3M, Oracel, etc... So far I have used it on a front grill of my car and it has stood up to the weather in San Diego. Which is mainly a lot of sun lol, but also good in rain and car washes, so the adhesive is strong. Also made a small decal on the sides and those have more detail to them but also stay on when scrubbing the car during a wash.

This stuff is miserable to work with. It's thick as hell and will wrinkle on you in a nano second. When it was shipped it was wrapped so tight I had to heat it up just to get it layed out, and once we started rolling we realized we messed up buying this stuff. If you can make it work for you kudos, open a wrap shop you have the gift. Mind you, trying to wrap a motor bike is no easy feat. But this stuff makes you rethink your life choices that lead you to thinking you could wrestle this demon product into submission. You should take this review with a grain of salt, but maybe spend some extra money on some quality stuff. Went with 3m and it was like a beam of light flooded the garage and the messiah himself blessed our wrap as it lay down so nicely it was as if a miracle occurred. We used this stuff to wrap so random stuff, it was okay if you have the patience of Ghandi.
