Well made, good quality belt that is much easier with the Velcro than traditional belt type. Would buy again. I went down from L to M so that the belt was tighter.

I’ve gone through a few lifting belts over the years, and this one’s easily my favorite. The auto-lock system is brilliant – once it’s on, it stays on, no matter how heavy you’re pulling. It feels supportive without being stiff or digging into your sides, which makes a huge difference during longer sessions. The 4-inch width gives solid back support, and it’s easy to tighten or loosen between sets. I like that it’s lightweight but still tough enough to handle squats and deadlifts without worry. Honestly, it’s given me way more confidence under the bar. Highly recommend it to anyone lifting.

I use it at work when heavy lifting after I hurt my back. It has been reasonably comfortable to wear whole day and it get me thru my work days while my back is getting better. No faults so far.

Great belt for the price. I'm used to double buckle thick leather ones but i thought I'd give this one a try. It's well made but, and the is a big but, the velcro is on the wrong side. The hook part of the velcro is on the strap. The strap should have the smooth side on so it slides through the locking clip. This is a really silly mistake and makes it hard work to tighten and loosen. Other brands have nailed this but this one is cheaper. Maybe that's why? If the velcro was on the right way, I'd give it 5 stars easy.

It's a 'good make' to start with and good value. Yes, other reviews mention the velcro snagging on the buckle, but to be honest, I don't use the locking catch on the buckle as this belt holds fast anyway. I am very impressed. yes, it will not do the job of my heavy duty lever belt, but I am a competitive powerlifter and this belt was not designed for that. But for general training, support doing DIY and home heavy work, injury support etc, it is a perfect product. Value for money is great. And it does not need breaking in, comfortable from 'day 1'

Excellente qualité, la ceinture maide beaucoup pour les exercices de dos comme le tbar row ou des shrug tres lourd par exemple . Excellent soutient, a noter que la ceinture nest pas rembourré. Ce qui ne me cause aucun problème. Le systeme pour resserrer rapidement fonctionne tres bien. Le materiaux est de top qualité, le velcro est excellent. Aucune chance que la ceinture ce détache. Aller voir les autres produits rdx! Jai ausssi les lifting strap avec la grippe en rubber et cest hallucinant tellement ils me permettent de tirer des charges tres elever.

I materiali sembrano di alta qualità e la fibbia è robusta, garantendo una chiusura sicura durante tutto l'esercizio. Ma il vero punto di forza è il gran supporto che offre durante le alzate. Che si tratti di squat, stacchi da terra o rematore, sento la schiena ben protetta e stabilizzata. Questo mi ha permesso non solo di aumentare i carichi con maggiore sicurezza, ma anche di concentrarmi meglio sull'esecuzione corretta dei movimenti, riducendo il rischio di infortuni. La larghezza di 4 pollici è, a mio parere, l'ideale per un bilanciamento ottimale tra supporto e libertà di movimento. In sintesi, se cerchi una cintura da palestra che sia comoda da indossare e che ti dia un supporto concreto e affidabile per le tue alzate più impegnative, la RDX è un acquisto che consiglio caldamente. È diventata un accessorio indispensabile nei miei allenamenti.
