Better than my hospital issued abdominal binder
Only been wearing for a few days but so far great strong support from this belt. 2mo postpartum but with a bloated belly still and this belt helps sick the gut in. I used a gabrialla belt in pregnancy and this is similar in that there is a second set of Velcro straps to shug the belt more and makes lower back feel Supported and hips compressed. I was using a hospital issued abdominal binder belt for the first few weeks after my csection but then that belt got looser and stopped wearing one. I think this belt is much better and is training me to activate my abs so that in unconsciously engage them to hold my belly in even when not using the belt. Hoping to get good long term results like the others. Already notice that I can tighten it more now than when I first got it.

Good for curves
I had to buy this for post surgery compression. My plastic surgeon had me buy a different one that ended up rolling up or down. Was not made for women with hips! The nurse suggested this belt based off other patients who had the same body type. 100% happy she mentioned this to me as I was leaving my post appointment! Now I can even wear later if I want shaping!

Great compression, the fit can be difficult if more than 46inches around the waist
I really wanted to love this, I ordered a L/XL it's supposed to fit up to 50inches. I measure 46inches largest around the waist postpartum. And it was very difficult to put on. I had to have my husband help me velcro it on. By myself I couldn't put it on. And I wouldn't wear this bare skinned it's a little itchy.Pro: Compression level is perfect-adjust it to your levelEasy to washCon: Fit and the bamboo is breathable but kind of itchy against bare skin which if your breast feeding, make sure your wearing a nursing shirt

Feels oily out of package and looks short
Feels weirdly waxy/ oily out of package and looks too short if you have a longer torso. I'm 5'9" 240lbs for reference

A new mom must have!
I started using this belt 2 days postpartum from a vaginal delivery and it has helped so much. To me the greatest benefit is the back support but the slimming factor is amazing too. I’m 6 days post and I’m already back into my fav pair of pre-pregnancy jeans. I put it on after the shower and leave it on most of the day until bedtime. I find it is especially beneficial during Feeding/ pumping as it holds you in when you get those “feeding cramps” I even take my mid day nap in it. I would suggest it to any new mom.

Don't waste your money
I do NOT understand how this product has gotten such rave reviews. I recently had a c-section, my first after having 3 natural deliveries, and recovery was Hell. I received the simple hospital binder but figured this one would be so much better based on all the feedback. So not true. First of all, this one is extremely stiff. All of the parts are very heavy duty, like military heavy duty, from the boning to the Velcro. You think that's a good thing, right? Not on a fresh incision! And that is exactly where this one sat. Because this one is so stiff, it's fine if you were going to be standing all day but as soon as I would sit down, the bottom would cut right into my incision. This thing is so heavy duty and bulky, it's not easy to just remove quickly to sit down to nurse and then put it back on. I found the hospital binder to give me the same results that this one claimed except because it was soft and flexible, I could literally wear it ALL day with no discomfort. The trick to reducing the postpartum belly is not the type of binder, it's that you have to wear A binder and the more you wear one, the better and faster the results. I wore the hospital binder constantly, cinching it tighter as my belly shrank, and when I went for my 2 week check up, my OB was blown away by how "flat" I was already. If this one is comfortable for you, great. It was horrendous for me.

Best belly band ever!! A MUST for post partum self-care
Oh my gosh, this belly band makes post partum life possible. I am 5 days post birth and this has helped my diastasis recti heal up already!! My tummy has shrunk down considerably, and I have more use of my core early post partum because of the support this belly band gives. I also love how it has the hip straps so you can add extra pressure to any area you want. It also helps with that horrid breathless/hollow feeling you have after birth, this holds everything in so you feel less empty/vulnerable/breathless.

10/10 perfect for c section pp recovery
I love it! At first it came really tight the first day I wore it I could barley close it.. I ordered a size up thank god I did. As I started wearing it daily then it became more flexible to my belly and closing. It is tight and holds everything together. It is kinda bulky so you cant really wear it under certain clothes, but overall helps shape you up and keeps your stomach in its place 👍🏽
