Good, general purpose binder for OSHA compliance
This is a nice binder. It is too lightweight for regular use (daily or weekly); however, that is not the reason it was purchased. This is for first responders or investigative purposes, so it will not be accessed often. The best features are a sealed closure with locking tabs (keeps out dust and debris) and steel rings (much sturdier). Also, with "SDS" on front and edge, it can be stored and viewed vertically or horizontally.

Great buy!!
Priced right and plenty of space for msds sheets! Provides protection for the sheets from accidental spills in areas where water is in use!

Great for MSDS for small businesses
I bought this to use as MSDS notebooks to have in each of our company vehicles. They are very study. The notebook clips shut which is great for making sure everything stays in place. The only downside for me is the binder size. It is really tight with the entire packet in it. The pages still flip, it's just pretty full. I may need to look into getting a larger size binder in the future. Overall, I recommend these and am very happy with them.
