A Lighter Umami Soy Sauce
Lee Kum Kee has a slightly more delicate umami profile than Kikkoman or 701 soy sauce, in my opinion. It's not bad by any means, I find it's more neutral flavor makes it fairly versatile and useful as a solo condiment since it won't overpower other flavors. I think if you prefer very salty soy sauces you may want to choose a different one, but if you want one that may be fun to use for a wide variety of recipe ideas then Lee Kum Kee may work for you. I believe they also make a dark soy sauce variant, which may be worth checking out if you really like this brand and want to stick with it.

Good soy sauce
So we use a lot of soy sauce we eat a lot of Asian food and I need to get larger containers and this is the best price and quality

AS good as the Name Brand stuff, at HALF the price
I go through a lot of Soy Sauce, so I buy these larger containers and refill the bottle in my pantry. This new brand arrived today, and my bottle was ready to refill, so I had the chance to 'taste-test' the Nationally Known brand (you know who I mean) and this new brand. I could taste zero difference. Salt levels seemed exactly the same. Overall flavor seemed exactly the same. It may be a year before I need to buy more, but this will be the brand I buy.

Good product
Found the soy sauce to taste fine. I wasnโt sure if i should purchase it because of the reviews thats it was salty but I personally thaught it was fine. Bulk bottle is a lot cheaper then individual bottles.
