Great stuff. Maybe even better than 3M.
Very impressive stuff. Definitely the best product I’ve ever used on gelcoat. It removes heavy oxidation with ear by hand or with a wool wheel on a rotary buffer. The product starts out very coarse but very quickly becomes quite fine leaving a surface finish that is comparable to a medium to fine grit polish. Best of all it it mostly turns the removed oxidation to dust and not into a paste embedded in your polishing wheel. A quick run over the wheel with a cleaning spur and you’re right back to work. It has saved me hours of extra work restoring the boat I’m currently working on.

Worked great on Fiberglass Gel Coat Pool Slide
I have a swimming pool slide that became heavily oxidized. I tried some other compounds but they never really worked too well. I got some Marine 31 and used it with this DA Polisherhttps://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07JDK8JVN/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1I followed the directions and started on Speed 4 to spread and then moved to 6. After a short time, the compound and oxidation turned to dust that easily wiped away. I did the entire slide an it looks like brand new. I highly recommend this product. I bought the quart bottle but probably used only about 4 oz for the entire slide surface (maybe equivalent to 1/2 SUV).The picture shows my first test spot to see if I wanted to go forward. In it you can see where the shine returned and the prior state of oxidization around it that i took care of doing the full job.

I bought this because I had a few faded spots in my boats gel coat. Worked great to remove the oxidation and brought the shine back.

Out of the 3 marine31 products I used, this one does work as advertised. Worked well with a dewalt rotary and a cheap harbor freight wool pad. Stayed moist in direct sun, and came off fairly easily. I will use this again, but will not use their final step polish, or the wax + sealant. Used on a 43ft 5th wheel.

Takes all the hard work out of removing oxidation. When used with a wool pad at 1500-1600 rpm works fantastic.

Wish would have work on fiberglass trailer
Did not cut through the heavy oxidation on my recently purchased 16 ft. travel trailer.
