Returning; poorly covered and the inside actual roll is made of smelly off cuts of cheap foam. Horrible. Plus you have to pay to return. Appalling.

This product is not 10cm in diameter as advertised but rather twice that! Further, it is filled with small pieces of foam particles making it uneven and uncomfortable. Finally it smells like chemicals and has a low quality cover. Awful!!!

I have a lot of neck pain and was desperate for something to help. I went for this pillow thinking you get what you pay for, but if it is not right at least I can return it.It gives no support so I decided it needed to be returned, that is when I got a massive shock, to do so I have to send it to Texas at my own expense which if I use the recommended route will cost over £100. The cheapest route is £9 but takes up to 80 days to get there. How do I know they will honour the refund? I will never be able to sell this as it is of no use! If you are ok with a neck pillow of the same standard there are much cheaper ones at around £15 with free return.

NOT memory foam - its off cuts of normal foam and random crap in a cylindrical mesh thing. The cover is not soft and plush as in the photo - it is scratchy coarse cheap fabric, poorly sewn together.I tried it out anyway - the pillow is too big for your neck, and I started feeling itchy and ill, so god knows what toxic chemicals are in the filling and cover.Absolute RIP OFF.

This was not memory foam, and was 6"diameter, not 4" as advertised. The outer material is not "plush" and appears cheap. Also ,by the way it's packaged looks like it's been returned before!

Good support and affects the spine in a beneficial way as it adjusts your spinal column gently when you lean your neck back into and over the pillow. Make sure the back of your head is supported by another flatter pillow behind the neck one. Very soft smooth feel to the cover. I’m a back sleeper as I have shoulder issues, this pillow is providing me with a much better sleep on my back. I am no longer tossing turning and waking up in pain having slipped onto my side in the night. I wake up still on my back feeling rested at last! Thank you.

The pillow is surprisingly and positively firm, "hard". It provides a comfortable at the same time stable hold. This is not a soft pillow which in the end does not provide any support to your neck. This is hard just as needed, not more, not less, simply perfect.

This review comes after a few months of owning this pillow. I purchased the 4“ x 17“ pillow I can honestly say from my experience only that this has been a great purchase. I’ve struggled many years for searching for the right pillow for sleep. I’ve even gone to the extent of trying several memory foam pillows from Costco. Some did work and others didn’t. I had mixed feelings about purchasing this particular cervical neck roll pillow but now my primary choice is using this every night for sleep. Reviewers have mentioned that this cervical pillow is uncomfortable. I’m not sure if it’s because this is a firm, memory foam pillow, but it does what it’s supposed to do. This pillow does provide the cervical spine support while at rest while preventing daily neck pain after a nights rest. Again, this is from my experience. I have not had any neck pain or tightness while using this neck pillow. I will say that after reading some reviews, it will take some adjusting to, but in my opinion, it’s well worth it.
