pactra, Inc Metallic Lime Ice RC Lacquer Spray 3oz, PAC303414

Went on very mottled. Color was inconsistent even after shaking the can for more then 2 minutes. All of the preparation and proper temperatures were followed. I have had issues with Pactra paint in the past, I should have known better.
