Purchased for use in both carrier style and stay in vehicle style car seats. Pillow is soft for the baby and seems to be designed well enough to not slide so far. Provides great support for the left and right movement and the only loss of star is that with the doc-band helmet it cannot function at all.

I had a very negative experience with this travel head support pillow and would not recommend it. Design: The design does not feel well thought out. It does not sit naturally around the baby’s head and can shift easily. Softness and flatness: The padding is uneven and bulky in certain areas. Instead of gently supporting the head, it can push the head forward or to the side. Ease of installation: It is easy to place in the car seat, but that does not mean it fits properly or securely once the baby is strapped in. Heat level: The material does not feel very breathable, which could make it uncomfortable during longer rides. My biggest concern is safety. The positioning and bulkiness made me uncomfortable because it felt like it could restrict movement or potentially pose a suffocation risk. That alone was enough for me to stop using it immediately. Overall, this product did not feel safe or practical. I would strongly suggest sticking with the head support that comes with your car seat or checking with the manufacturer before adding any aftermarket accessories.
