Howard Products Feed-N-Wax Wood Polish & Conditioner, 8 oz, Orange

I’ve refinished a lot of wood pieces. Normally I don’t recommend using oils on most modern surface finishes because they don’t do much except attract dust and do little to nothing else. This though, in the right application is a great product. Where this really shines (forgive the unintentional pun) is on older worn out finishes where it can actually penetrate into the wood grain. It’s a very greasy product to work with. But after a few minutes you’ll see the grain has absorbed some of the oils. Bees wax is very soft, this won’t leave much surface protection against liquids or abrasion, so it’s best for furniture that won’t get heavy use like dining tables. But in some of the aging wood furniture I have, and my 5 year old cabinets, I have to give this stuff the 5 stars. It’s not a substitute for a full refinish, but for those old, dull or flaking lacquer finishes that need some lustre, this is a great maintenance choice. It will need reapplication periodically. I recently picked up a sewing machine table from a giveaway pile. The lacquer finish was pretty badly flaking, but the wood is in good condition. This really did it good, enhancing the wood and the beeswax leaving a nice lustre on it. I did have a black ring left behind under a clay plant saucer, so be aware that this isn’t moistureproof like a poly finish, but for a quick and effective rejuvenate on that old dresser or dining room hutch, give this a try. Old socks are great for applying and polishing.

Feed-N-Wax is hands down the best wood conditioner I’ve ever used. It keeps my solid wood front doors looking rich, nourished, and full of life, even in the brutal Arizona heat. This is the holy grail for wood protectant. It moisturizes, cleans and seals the wood and protects it from minor spills etc.

Easy to apply. Soaks in well and wipes smoothly. No strong odors. Makes a nice finish. I chose these products from a you tube video and am very pleased with the results.

Smells wonderful and is nice and thick, giving your wood a clean shine. I do usually need to go back and wipe down a second time because once it settles it may look spotty. Overall I do love this and would highly recommend.

I used the polish & conditioner on a coffee table with wet marks and bubbles from plants that had too much water, which went unnoticed. The table looked really bad. I used a large amount of product on the rag that came with it. The table really soaked it up. It looks SO much better! It will require an additional application, but it made such a difference - we will now use the table in our new home rather than donating it.

i bought a french carved wooden desk in good shape from a thrist store for 20.00 i've used this off and on for years. thiis product performs, hels restore and is much better than any spread and other conditiners this purchase was one of multiple times i bought it.

I used this on my oak kitchen cabinets after cleaning them and then using Howard's Restor-A-Finish. This was very easy to use. Just wipe on, wait awhile, and wipe off any excess. My cabinets had been neglected for many years, so I applied this a few times on some areas, and there was a considerable difference in the feel and look of the wood. My cabinets look better than I thought possible. Also, this bottle goes a long way.

Utilisée pour entretenir et lustrer le bois (cerisier) de mes congas. Test fait sur celui du milieu sur la photo. Résultat visible : plus brillant, couleur un peu plus foncée et une odeur très agréable d'huile d'orange à l'application. Je recommande ce produit. Merci
