What a great product for easy exercise! This system would work very well in small spaces. It is small enough to pack and take when traveling. The material is good quality. It stays in place on the door. I am very pleased with this product and it is a fraction of the cost of systems that need to be anchored into the wall!

This set seemed too good to be true for the price. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. It was easy to set up on my office door and the variety of bands, hand holds, and ankle straps make it possible to get a serious workout. The bands are very sturdy, the strap that goes around the door is well made, and there are a variety of loops so you can do tons of different angles for every body part. Excellent product.

It's good, easy to put up on your door and is very strong! You can use your ropes or tubes without worry that they'll come undone or break! Te had great strength and endurance, no noise, very good resistance training!

This product is great. My first review stated that you should stay away however, the seller contacted me and informed me that there is actually one you can purchase that will not come with the ankle version of the workout kit.. this was not so clear to me when I was purchasing. The seller immediately sent me the ankle straps and now I am able to work out full body. My only suggestion is make sure you know exactly what you’re purchasing and ask questions about which one comes with the ankles included. Great customer service. Excellent and long lasting product. Very easy to place on my door at the resistance for me is perfect. After a while, I would go up to make the resistance even more challenging. So there’s more than one resistance, and you get to choose, which one you want to use or if you want to use them all or go to the highest one.

Updated: Seller wrote to me and offered me a full refund or a free upgrade to the version of this with the ratchet. I thought that was good. This version without the ratchet is too loose to use in a small space-- I had it on my basement door in a hallway which would have had enough room had it been tight, but not enough with the give it had due to a staircase. The concept of this is great, but it's not possible to tighten it all the way. If you are planning on using it in a smaller space like this, consider the ratchet one, though I can't speak to its effectiveness because I did not get that one.

I bought this to make using my resistance bands easier. I’m 5’1” and 65 years old and just recently started exercising regularly for my health. I hated climbing on a stool to prop the band over the door for one exercise, and then climbing up on the stool to get it down and move it to a different part of the door for another exercise and then bending over and putting it in another part of the door for another exercise. This is so much easier no stool climbing because I can reach that top from the floor.I’ve been using this for two weeks. And I love it. I had to add a carabiner to my exercise bands because I need a way to hook them to the loops without having to remove the handles every time.
