I love ❤️ these. I get very itchy shins and these cool them off. I’ve scratched and used many different creams. These alleviate the itch without causing blood from scratching. They tame the beast.

Received only the gel packs, without the bands.And there is no response from the seller.

This is a really great product. It heats up well, retains its heat, and the straps really help secure it in place.The one thing I would note is that you want to heat this up in “increments”. In other words, heated for say 30 seconds. See if it’s warm enough for you. If not, heat it up for another 15 seconds. My point here is that you don’t want to heat it up for 45 seconds. You could either come out way too hot, or it could burst.That was a mistake I made on my initial purchase. I overheated it by accident and it burst.

These hold/cold packs are really wonderful to use! The temperature when using them with cold ice packs with the sleeve that it comes with is perfect and it's not so cold to the point that it hurts your body from how cold it is. I think that is the major flaw of other ice packs I have paid under $5 bucks for in the past. The sleeve is very comfortable and I use these for shin splint pains and muscle spasms in my left leg, I can also use these underneath my pant leg if I want as long as the pants are loose. The Cold packs cold within like 20 minutes to which is really quick if you are in need of quick relief, and it is also nice that they include two of these packs as well, so you can switch between using hot/cold whenever you need to. I have nothing bad to say about this product and I would encourage anyone with shin splint pain to get these because they work very quickly and they are worth every penny.

After reading many reviews, the bar was pretty low. But it seemed like just what I needed so I took a chance, so let me chime in. This set was nicely presented in a storage box. The gel packs seem very well made--though time will tell about their durability. I found it easy to get them in and out of the pouch-- I just gently fold one in half lengthwise and it slips right through the opening. The surface of the pack doesn't seem particularly hot after heating 30 seconds, but once I put it on, the heat comes through and lasts well. As for the debate about the fit of the band when used around the torso, mine measured over 40 inches out of the box, and is pretty stretchy. So even if you overlap it 2-3 inches for the velcro to hold, you still have at least 40" to go around you. It'd probably give you 42 and stay put if you didn't move around a lot while wearing. The band is breatheable mesh, wide and comfortable, with velcro the full width. I am using it for my lumbar spine with no issues, and the pair of gel packs lets me easily do a hot-cold-hot protocol. Hope this is helpful information. I expect to be using the set a lot for various aches and pains.
