TIMBER RIDGE Aluminum Lightweight Folding Chairs Camping with Hard Armrest, Portable Lawn Chairs with Cup Holder

The chair is everything it claims in terms of comfort, sturdiness, convenience in terms of storage pouches and packing into a nice, lightweight bag for transport and storage. I really want to love these chairs (I bought two) but the clencher is that no matter how many times I watch the video, I cannot get the darn things to easily fold out for use or fold back up to go into the bag. It should not require several people to wrestle one into submission. I used them for the second time today and had to fold back the hatch cover in my SUV in order to bring them home where I will have more time to fight them. If a rain came up or if my SUV were smaller, I would have had to’ve driven off without the one. The other one folded somewhat but it was still a wrestling match. Since I bought two and have this problem with both I do not believe I received a defective chair. My intent is to spray some silicone on the sliding parts to see if that makes them more usable. If I do not follow up this review with a victory story you will know it didn’t help.

Purchased this chair to carry to grandson’s baseball games because it was so light weight and because it had little hooks that keep it together when it is folded. It is really amazing how light it is when you compare it to chairs we have been using. The comfort is fine for what i use it for. However it is very hard to open and close. My family is used to me trying to find a”better” product and they all laugh at me folding and unfolding this chair. It is getting easier the more I use it. Hope it gets broken in soon.

This chair is extremely sturdy as I am 6’1” and 240 lbs., it is very easy to sit and exit the chair as the arks are solid and don’t have any give as in the nylon arms on many other collapsing chairs.The carry bag appears to be of the same material denier as the chair itself and is of ample size so that you do not struggle to place it back in the bag.Overall it is a winner and 5 ⭐️

Just received this chair; opened it up (a little stiff but easy enough) and sat in it for a while. Very comfortable. I am 6' 3" tall and 225 lbs and this chair fits me perfectly. Seems to be just the right height and plenty of width (several inches on either side of my hips). Also very sturdy and seems to be built very well. I will give it a more extensive test camping and fishing after the weather warms up.

We wanted an outdoor folding chair that was padded, a little higher and wider, and one that would hold heavy individuals and not break or bend We tried a number of outdoor chairs in the $30. range that didn't work out very well. The Tmber Ridge accomplished all three goals. So far it looks like a winner and we will see how the next few years of use go...

After working at home for a while, we decided to buy two chairs for use on our tiny patio. This one is very easy to fold and unfold. Big enough for me and comfortable to sit outside. This is the second chair we have for the outdoor. Now with my boyfriend, we can use the chair to enjoy the sunshine while working at home.
