Often times I buy things used, but this time I bought it brand new straight from the manufacturer (Zwin). I was astonished upon opening these finds to find 13 fans in pristine condition (all white) and 47 fans that were used, dirty, with some minor bent parts. Luckily my wedding isn't until August 8th (I'm a plan-ahead type), so I have time to return them. I just find it so odd that during an epidemic, they wouldn't be more careful mixing their used and new stock.If you are getting married and buying last minute, I wouldn't take a chance on these. The clean ones work well. The construction is a little wobbly, but sufficient. I'm not worried about catching coronavirus from used fans, but I would be embarrassed to have my guests use these and I am not okay with getting subpar goods for this price.It was difficult to get the dirt on photo since they are plastic and reflect light, but it is still obvious.

We threw these out at a parade on a hot day. Let's just say everyone wanted one! Good quality for the price although I kept one to see how long it would last. It was about a week before the paper ripped from my 3 year old playing with it.
