Got this for my son. He loves it. The bow is good quality and the extras are nice to have.

Bow and arm guard and targets are great, skip the arrows and stringer. Arrows are way too heavy and have plastic fletchings on them so they nearly tore the paper in half when trying to tune the bow. Stringer is a good back up if you forget your better one I wouldn't count on it lasting more than 5 times though.

Good product and exactly what I ordered

While this bow shoots well there are some details that might trip up the newby (or someone like myself who hasn’t used a bow for a few decades). First of all the bow lacks the hole and threaded insert which is normally used to attach advanced arrow rests. Sad, since I really like circular brush type rests. Second, the instructions for using the bow stringer just don’t work as written unless the archer has an extra hand or a prehensile tail like those winged monkeys in the movie. The stringer appears to work well using the more traditional method of putting the cup on the tip of the bottom limb and the weird folded leather piece around the middle of the top limb. This is like the old cap and strap stringers from years ago. Third, there is just enough curve to make hunter style glued-on plastic arrow rests unstable. Fourth, the arrows in the kit have nocks just stuck on randomly. It takes a good bit of hand strength to twist them around to line them up correctly. Fifth, the arrowheads have a bit of weight variation, averaging 6.4 grams. Having said all that, once the bugs are worked out it is fun to use.

The bow arrived a few weeks earlier than stated, so that was a bonus. I think I would skip the package with all the accessories and just buy the bow and go to your local archery or sporting good shop for your arrows, guards, etc. They are all of pretty low quality - 4 arrows had the tip inserts come out the first time they were shot from a 20lb bow, one of the silencers kind of unraveled itself, the arrow rest material is fraying after 36 shots. Bow build seems to be pretty nice and sturdy, nice light weight for my daughter, and she enjoys shooting it.

You are paying for the bow. All of the other stuff that comes with it is just fluff.

My wife loves the color and the string silencers are working great. It's not a bad kit for starters.
