She Loved It!
Got this for my 11 year old granddaughter. Her brothers have gotten the 100 sets and I just thought it was time she had one. I picked this one because it is a different one. She loved it! It was her favorite and she immediately started doing the experiments and even doing some modifications with a small amount of help at first from her father. She can be a very girly girl, all about dressing up and dance classes but she also rides a four wheeler and is a tough soccer player. I am happy to see her pursuing anything that interests her. She told me she wants to be a chemist so I plan to get her books on women in science and art, yes she likes to draw as well. I recommend giving one of these Snap Circuit sets to any child. They aren't that difficult and if you're mot electrically or electronically inclined you will learn something too. Oh, and the prices are always good and don't forget the batteries.

Works for younger kids with supervision.
I got this as a starter electricity kit for my 4 year old grandson & he LOVED it. It is listed for older ages, but he's a smart kid and, with adult supervision, he is learning a lot and handling it just fine. It was one of his favorite birthday gifts. I'll likely buy him add-on pieces in the future.

Absolutely a wonderful way for a child to learn about electricity and was safe and easy for them to use. Our grandson is 3 years old and after working at first with us, then on his own found other ways to make several objects work together at the same time. I highly recommend this kit.

Great for curious kids
Our grandson (age 4) has had this for a few months now. Just last night he was playing with it and commented that it's a fun toy. It all works and if you have a kid in your life interested in how things work this is a good option.

Where’s the beef?!?! Buy sc-100 model instead
RIpoff! My kids loved Snap circuit junior set model sc-100 - thought this was similar - model sc 100 is MUCH BETTER VALUE for a few dollars more - why are they even selling this microscopic kit at this price point???
