This is an awesome, awesome spa! Arrived on time and we had no problem getting it curbside to our back yard. Just put pvc pipe underneath and it rolls as if on wheels. Just me and my husband, and we rolled it to the backyard like this.Husband poured a concrete pad, 6” thick, and we rolled it in place about 2 weeks later. Then, we had it wired to our existing panel, and followed the directions to get it started.Absolutely no problems, no leaks, and it truly feels amazing. It’s been about 30 degrees at night and it maintains 104 degrees, no problem. Pressure From jets is awesome. There is nothing we are disappointed in. It’s absolutely perfect.

One of the lowest priced 220v tubs on the market.I bought this tub as a replacement for my 20 year old Jacuzzi and it fits the bill perfectly.Pros: Price! Great price for a 220v tub. Its comfortable, and relaxing. Seems fairly well built, stainless steel jets look great! 7 color lights are cool too! Comes with a nice lite weight cover. Jets are powerful but not overpowering like some high end tubs. I received the tub and there was no damage. Fired right up. Also the company has very friendly and helpful customer service reps.Cons: Get ready to wait for it. Amazon says 2-3 weeks mine took over 5 weeks. Placed my order then crickets for almost 2 weeks. Finally got a call out of the blue from the company. The gal who called was very nice and answered all my questions. Turns out my tub hadn't even been built yet and it sounds like they build to order. Other cons, this tub is not very well insulated. A very very thin layer of spray foam and no foam at all in some spots. I would have happily spent the extra $100 for some better insulation. In addition the side covers are extremely difficult to get back on once installed.The verdict: Perfect for a first time hot tub buyer or for someone who wants a basic relaxing 220v hot tub. Price is right, as long as you dont mind waiting for it.Side note. If you are in the market for a hot tub, spend the extra money on a 220v tub. Bought this brand new less than 2 months ago. Already broken and there’s no customer support.

This is perfect to relax after a long hard day at work. Makes one feel new again.

great tub for the price. this is my 4th tub. have owned a tub for 30 plus years. my complaint for this tub would be that it dose not have a hand rail to grab when getting in and out. all my previous tub had this safety feature. also i do not like the controls. it seems to be to easy to set in the vacation mode and come to use the tub the next time and find it at 85 degrees.

Great hot tub, great bang for your buck. Arrived earlier then expected and delivery guys were excellent, very helpful and courteous. We placed it in our basement and enjoy it every day. Seats and lounge are sized right, comfortable and deep. Adjustable jets are powerful and located in right places. All features work as they should and it does have installed ozonator. Dimensions are as stated in specs.Customer service reps were very friendly, helpful and responsive.
