I have ordered this Pharma Nord product called Bio-Gluco Control. Blood sugar management purposes I use this. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Contains chromium and delphinol - Maqui Berry which is containing more than 70% Delphinidins. Recommended intake for children 1 capsule and 2 capsules for adult daily. The pack contain 60 capsules which cover for your monthly dose. You do not increase the recommend intake and still the results.This is going to be my second months supply and that is why I am writing this review to confirm it stops you craving after sweets after your meal time. It helped me avoid all the chocolates and cakes craving and a bit of exercise after evening meal ( gentle walk ) to loose some fat tissues around my waist where mainly most of us straggle to loose weight.I tried to be very honest about my experience with this product. I thought these pills were worth a try as I do get sweet cravings and my blood sugars can go a bit haywire.I’d say there might have been a bit of improvement but I do know these things take time so I have ordered again. I’ll update this review.
