good for price
Bought these because i had to do some exercise given to me by a physiotherapist seem pretty good the only problem is they are not really long enough to do some of the exercise to lift my hands straight up above my head as i'm about 5ft 9

It broke in half after 3rd time using it
I usually don't write reviews, but unfortunately I have to now. I bought this set in June, I have used it only 3 times since. Now in December the red (medium) band completely snapped in half when I started an exercise (simple band pull aparts with low tension). The red one is my usual go to. It's so disappointing that it didn't last even a year. I would not recommend and will have to go look for something else again, which is so inconvenient.
