I want to love this book. I find it poorly written. The categories of topics are nice and small but the grammar is very poor. A lot of places have just plane mistakes or incorrect words and others have really long run on sentences.Overal helpful but not some short cut to learning the subject matter. Or some easy methods….it’s still just memorising….

Without proper electrolyte balance the body is unable to carry out the most basic functions.

Precise but not overloaded. Very helpful to refresh the knowledge
