OtterBox Defender Series Case for LG V20 - Retail Packaging - Black

A good case if you're clumsy like me. You can drop or even throw your phone (although I wouldn't recommend it) and it won't break. At first the screen protector was a little lifted from the screen and I had to press a little harder to make it register the tap but after I took off the screen protector that came with my phone (not the one in the case) it went away after a day or two of use. It might be a bit loose at first but it only lasts a day or two which was a relief because I was scared it would be shaky and a nuisance forever but it went away pretty fast. Some things get under the screen protector through the speaker/camera openings but if you take off the case and clean the inside of the screen and your phone screen anything will go away. Overall it does it's job and it does it well.

Not perfect but it's a great case. I've always had one on my phones and construction is identical to every other. If you're at all in a workplace where you could damage your phone or have young children who frequently use it, I would highly recommend this. This case is So well built.It is Like Body Armor for My Phone. I liked the first one so much I Purchased another one for my second V20. This Case is not waterproof but keeps 99% of dust and other particulates off the phone. I dropped my phone on the cement and the impact did not effect my phone. In fact, I Could not find a scratch or any mark on the case its self . . Worth every penny...

This case is great and while I want to rate it 5 stars, it lacks in one area and that's the holster clip. The design is fundamentally flawed.There are 4 pieces in this set; the front & back piece, the outside and then the holster clip. My main purpose for purchasing this was my wife broke the screen on her phone and this one looked like it would take a beating. When I got it in hand it appeared to be true and so my wife began her journey of getting it on her phone. After 30 minutes she handed it to me and asked me to give it a go.After 10 minutes, I had finally gotten the outer shell to open enough to get the phone inside. I had to use a small knife to pre the hinge pieces apart to get it to separate. Not a problem but something that should be easily done with finger nails. Next I slipped the phone in and boom, it really felt protected. Then came the outside. The silicone outer ring or rubber, which ever it was fit snug and felt good. Then I put the holster piece on. This snapped in snug as well.I handed it to my wife who immediately tried to turn it on... nope the holster covers the entire back. She tried to remove it from the holster but it was wedged in so tight you would think it was meant to stay that way. I finally pried them apart. She looked at me and said "Yeah I don't want that on my phone ever."I handed her the phone and she's been happy ever since.Pro's: Sturdy case design, screen protection, phone won't break if droppedCons: Holster is hard to get off, case is hard to open, makes the phone gigantic

These cases are simply the best. Saved my last phone when I dropped it very dramatically on a tile floor - I thought it was a goner for sure, but it survived thanks to the Big O!I like the way it feels in the hand - not slick or slippery. I always feel like I have a secure grip, and when you are holding $800 or $1000 in your palm, that is appreciated! It is a little bulkier, but it's not gigantic, and I really appreciate the peace of mind.

This is a replacement.After a few years of use, the rubbery outer shell was loose. The hard inner case had one catch still working. Not sure why, but it's not my phone.So I've been looking for a new case with little luck. When I find something it's an unknown brand mixed in with other LG phone models, that cost more than I want to pay.I found this. Ten bucks. Amazon says "Used: Like New" but it's brand new. The cardboard box was a bit crushed and shop worn. Great value. I bought two.

Probably the best protection you can get for an LG V20.Its only weakness lies in the belt clip, which it is possible to break if you're a klutz like me. The phone remains undamaged, however.
