Xtava Salon Sleek and Shiny Professional Grade Titanium Flat Iron Straightener Toolkit with 2 Flat Irons

Really like this set! The grip is nice and it works just like it's supposed to, I have naturally thick, wave/curly hair so need a lot of heat to straighten and this does the job! It also works to make a nice curl too if I want to make purposeful curls, which I like. The little one is SO tiny, it's super cute but not the most practical for my thick hair, but it works on the small strands and it's perfect for travel or just to stick in a purse in case you want to have something with you to touch up throughout the day! But it's too small to be practical for straightening my whole head! Only issue is that it takes quite a while to heat up, longer than some of the other straightener's I've tried, but I just turn it on well before I need it and it isn't an issue!

This flat iron really does a great job. I have owned many many flat irons over the years(some that were over $100 ) and this has given the best results.It smooths the hair very quickly- usually just takes one glide to get it right. I have fine hair, which does not get caught in this iron.That had been an issue with a lot of other irons I have had.Included with the flat iron is a nice case to travel with,perfect for the large or small one.I especially love that it has a 60 min auto shut off just in case i forget to unplug it. The smaller one is ideal for touch ups, and of course travel. As with all xtava products for the hair, this is salon quality at a fabulous price.

I am a licensed cosmetologist, and I have laid down the big bucks for a flat iron more than once. I wish I had discovered this brand sooner! I have only used it in salon today and I am soooooo impressed with the quality and performance. Worked so well on every head I used it in, from mostly straight and fine, to coarse, medium, and coarse and curly. Heats up quickly and glides through hair like butter, leaving it straight and shiny smooth, even large thick sections, saved me time because I didn't have to use the very small sections I normally use, cutting my styling time by a good percentage. I plan on buying more xtava products to give them a try. I feel like I have wasted so much money now on my previous flat irons!

I wanted to buy the other extava flatiron but at the last minute i noticed there was no hole for a hook. So i bought this instead. Its good and it heats up quick. But it felt cheap and in the plug there was no "reset" button. The temperature button was in a good place so that it would turn off if i push it accidentally. So i am kind of worried that if i left the flatiron on it wouldnt automaticaly turn off. Overall it was so good with the price.

This is an absolutely amazing flat iron. I have never owned a Chi, but instead I use a generic brand from Sally's because I don't like to spend a fortune on things! This brand not only rivals my previous flat iron, but leaves it in the dust. The features that I like are that it runs through my hair very smoothly. It also has changeable heat settings so that I don't damage my somewhat fine strands of hair. I love the mini flat iron because it's so easy to throw in a bag if I know I'll be heading out somewhere straight for work or staying somewhere overnight. I now own several xtava products and love them all!

This bundle is pretty amazing. I bought it as I desperately needed a mini for my bangs as well as I have a straightener that's 8 years old so needed a new one anyway. This is cheap, but high quality. Came in a nifty box, put nicely in and included a nice little travel bag which I didnt expect :) the little straightener doesnt have a temp control on it - only an on and off but I dont mind that at all. Curls the ends of my bangs nicely. Large straightener has options with temp on the side written out with a light indicator. I love it so far. I definitely recommend this. Amazing price for what you get.

I must say that I wanted to love these. I am a firm believer of not knocking something until you try it. I have been in the business for 30+ yrs. I have tried so many tools over my time and found that you can't judge the quality of an item solely on what you paid for it. There has been a rage on social media about the quality of cravat products so when I saw this I could pass up the chance to give it a try. The worst case scenario would be that I didn't like them; wasn't the first and wouldn't be the last. At least fit was from Amazon and If I didn't like it I could return them. I truly wanted to love them or at least like them enough to tide me over while I made my decision. I am sad to say that they were just unacceptable for me. I say for me because they have great reviews , so I can't deny that others love them. I just could not. First The pros: O have prime so they came very quickly. Second They come in great packaging. Third to look at them they look great and could easily blend in good company with high end good quality tools. Fourth, They feel very substantial in your hand. They actually feel amazing as you would expect from a good quality professional tool. Fifth and final pro, With the addition of heat protectant applied right before using they performed well enough to straighten the hair. That being said let me state the cons. First I had to apply heat protectant right before using the iron in order for the iron to pass smoothly over the hair in order to straighten it. Second You have to pass the iron over the hair several times to get the hair straight and that is with product applied right before the iron. Third When heat protectant was applied before the hair was blow dried and a small amount over the entire head prior to flat ironing the iron pulled and snagged the hair terribly and it barely straightened the hair. Fourth You have to be very conscious of how much pressure you can use so that you do not rip, pull and snag your hair. Fifth Even whenmaking all of the above adjustments the iron didn't perform as you would expect a titanium iron to perform. If you have ever used a good quality titanium iron you would not be able compare this one to it. That being said because of my experience and knowledge I won't be able to keep these. They just are not compatiable with the standard that I need. For all of these reasons I will be sending these back. I will say that they are good for what they cost.
