Why does this have or need Lactose in it?

I am not sure why this product has lactose as an ingredient. Most things we consume have fillers and binders. I do know that after having insomnia for over 20 years plus it is the only thing that has worked for me and believe me I have tried them all.

Does it contain gluten?

It does not say "Gluten Free" anywhere on the box. I have never heard of any of the ingredients. I tried it for a few nights and it didn't help.

I am really not sure about the sugar content. I know that a lot of people are concerned about these. I have had insomnia for over 20 years and tried many things to no avail even prescribed medications with no success. This product worked for me but as we all are aware everyone's system is unique and it may not give good results to all.
