This is a set of 25 Each Female "Vampire Plugs" made for SPT-2 Lamp Cord. These are Dark Green in color and made for a "terminating" or "end of line" connection. However, they are easily modified to create "in-line" connections where needed. These plugs are NOT COMPATIBLE with SPT-1 Wire!

Very very handy for where plug is needed
These things are the bomb! Make sure that you're using the correct one for the job. The SP1 to the smaller cord and SP2 to the larger thicker cord. These are great for adding to a cord for extra electric plugs where you need an outlet. Not to be used on large appliances, but great for adding somewhere that you need a socket for a phone charger or a firestick

Poor Connections to the SPT2 Cable
I do lots of these type of male/female connectors for my Christmas light display, I have never spent more time with a volt meter trying to figure out which end does not have continuity. I set the 30 sets I had aside, I'm worried about if they will keep the connections when they are handled. Thought it might be the cable, but another manufactures connectors worked no problem. Save your sanity and buy a different brand.

Takes a while to get it crimped right, but solid once you do.
Heavy duty, plugs in well and stays put.It is a pain to get the plugs to crimp the wire correctly and get voltage. It took several hours on the roof to debug why and to fix things. The vampire prongs bend over easily and don't always poke into the middle of the wire. Even though it is securely fasten bed it does not make an electrical connection.
