This deceptively small book is loaded with wonderful information that is clear to follow and fun to learn for both the beginner to even those of us who think we know a lot already. It has step by step instructions for growing indoor healthy food any time of the year...no longer are we dependent on a season to harvest fresh, good tasting, healthy food. No green thumb needed. Wonderful recipes included. Compliments to the author for her ability writing a book that captures the needs of both the beginner and the experienced. My husband and I highly recommend trying to grow microgreens at home and using this book as a guide to attain almost guaranteed success, no matter the level of experience.

This book simplifies the process and needs of growing micro greens. There are several mistakes in the print which I find more typical of these days in general however I am glad I purchased this book and it has been very useful and successful.

While the book may be small in size, it's certainly full of great information about growing microgreens. The details about how much seed, and whether it needs to be soaked or not make this an invaluable reference on the subject. I'm loving my microgreens and shoots too!

I gave this to my husband for Christmas and it is very informative. He said it was easy to follow and very informative with great illustrations. I can't wait for him to star our microgreens garden.

I found the information very useful. I would desired that it had more information on the economics of growing microgreens commercially, but that may not be in the authors knowledge.
