Works for older Kholer valves
My only complaint is the the cover for the valve is plastic. Otherwise it worked as designed.

Difficult installation and looks old because of water marks
The installation was bit tricky as the screws supplied didnt work on the new shower installation but somehow the contractor managed to install it. The Shower Valve Trim is exactly as shown in pictures however after the shower if the water is not wiped it leaves marks and makes it look old. Other than that the overall quality is good. Since the price paid is high I was expecting better product from Kohler.

Does NOT include valve! Or shower head, apparently
The product page makes it look a lot like this comes with a valve, stating that the item "maintains outlet temperature within +/-3 degrees Fahrenheit during water pressure fluctuations" and providing lots of pictures of valves. This is NOT the case, however. It only includes the shower head, handle, faceplate and installation hardware. Or at least, that's what the page says...the box I received did not have (or have room for) a shower head either. Currently working with Amazon to resolve that issue......received my replacement yesterday. Still didn't include a shower head. I guess this item is really just the valve trim. Will continue to work with amazon to figure this out.
