BeldiNest Olive Wood Chess Set, Handcrafted Wooden Chess Game Board, 6x6, 2 Players, Age 12+

It's beautiful and nicely made. The olive wood is very pretty. I truly love it! Now that I know the quality is as good as the picture I want to get the bigger set . I feared it wouldn't come in on time for Christmas but it came a week early which was just wonderful.

Absolutely beautiful, can't wait for Christmas morning to give this to my other half. It's a stunning piece to display rather than for playing (in my opinion as I don't play but would love it sitting out for everyone to see).Recommended purchase.

The good: The board is really nice looking. Tiny but cute, really looks great.The less good: The pieces are a bit wobbly. Not a deal breaker, but it is what it is.The not good: The drawers are too small and don't pull all the way out. Pretty non-functional, which is a bummer for me, because I really wanted a set with drawers.All told, worth the price.

I received this sooner than expected. The wrapping was awful , but no damages to the product. pieces were smaller than I thought and one drawer was blocked. :(

Very pretty. The one I got actually has more lines in it than the product pictured. However, I have some caveats. The drawers don't fully open so getting all the chess pieces out may present a problem. This is probably necessary to prevent the drawers from falling out. The pieces are small and a little difficult to identify. They don't follow the standard Staunton pattern. My guess is that this would be less of a problem if you play with it over time. If you don't plan on actually playing chess with this set, and I don't, then then I would rate it 5 stars. It is possibly the most beautiful set I have.
