HTC BTR6300B Battery Droid Incredible 1300mAh

My phone is almost 3 years old, and I've drained the battery every one of those days. It was time for a new one.This battery still requires charging everyday, but I can leave it overnight and still have an alarm clock. Useful, if you forget to plug it in.Pros:New battery with decent lifeCan last more than a dayPerfect fit(Just checked) Branded HTCCons:Comes with less than 0% charge, so you might think it's brokenEven though it was in a sealed bag, there was still light wear marks on it. Combined with it not turning on right away, I was quite worried0% charge means be prepared to let it charge for several hoursNotes: I was waiting for the S4. But, my old battery would suddenly lose up to 75% of it's charge. I discovered that if I dropped it on my desk from 2.5 inches up, the phone would restart, and come back with much less battery. In the name of science, I did it again. It restarted, and came back with MORE battery! It was also warm all the time. These factors combined with this price tag made it ok to get a new battery 2 months before I get a new phone.

I needed a new battery for my Droid because the 2 year old one wasn't holding a charge very well.I saw this one. The price was probably too good to be true, but for less than five dollars with shipping, I bit.The product arrived as promised. Before powering on the phone with the new battery I put it on charge overnight.I powered up the phone the next morning and everything was fine. Calls went through, browser worked, WiFi worked and so on. I used the new battery for 3 days, recharging it as needed. No problems, but no noticeable improvement in battery life either.On the third night I was awakened with the unmistakable "Drooooiiiiiiiddddd" of the phone rebooting. Over and over and over. At 2 am, I'm not at my best in hairy technical situations, but I did get the cover off and the new battery out. ;)The next morning, I put the old battery back in.I got the Droid through Verizon nearly two years ago. The hardware, but not the battery, has been replaced twice. Prior to the hardware replacements, the symptoms were the unmistakable "Drooooiiiiiiiddddd" of the phone rebooting. Over and over and over. I was prepared to go through the drill with Verizon to prove that the phone had once again gone bad.I never called Verizon. The phone has been rock solid since I put the original battery back. It has been over a week with no problems.I won't be using this replacement battery again. This may be unfair to the folks who build and sell this battery, but there is enough evidence for me to stay away.You have been forewarned.

The replacement battery seems to last about twice as long as the old battery I replaced. That means it is lasting more than a day while the original (5 yr old) battery was only lasting half the day. It doesn't perform like a new battery, but that's what I expected.I will note that once I downloaded the Easy Battery Saver App I also improved battery life by up to 100%. (The key seems to be to make sure the GPS is not always on in the background.) 4 stars for only costing a few bucks and just by being better than the battery it replaced.

I've had this battery for about a month and it has been working fine. I'm not an extremely heavy phone user so I expect my phone battery to last me a full day between charges. So far, this has been a great replacement for the original battery, which I managed to fry. I was willing to drop $5 on a replacement battery rather than $300 in a new phone/contract/accessories.

When the battery on my cell phone started dying, I checked with my cell phone carrier and went into major price sticker shock! How can it be cheaper to get a whole new phone than it is to get a replacement battery? Never fear - Amazon's here! I checked around for a replacement, found this factory replacement at a VERY reasonable price - AND it arrived fully charged! Popped right into my phone with no problems and I was ready to go just like it was a brand new phone! Can't go wrong with this one!

I realized my life was vacuous and directionless. Who hasn't sustained the self-doubt and lowered self-esteemed felt when your phone battery dies...and everyone around you is still texting or speaking on their cellphones?Well...I pondered..and took charge of my life again! I ordered this Droid Battery hoping against hope it would be a game-changer. And it was! My phone is working longer and it's exhibiting a youthful freshness never expected. Calls seem crisper, and my social life has accelerated without the lingering feeling of experiencing a limp battery. Life is better, and I owe it all this battery. Thank you!

what more can I say? Does its job. Fast shipping. It doesn't hold a long charge, but as I'm reading in the reviews, that varies from battery to battery. It's a good purchase if you need a backup battery until you get a new one.

Yep, this battery is like $5. I ordered this on Feb 14, got it in a few days, replaced my dead battery, charged it overnight, and worked great - until about mid-June. That's 5 months. I guess if you can't get a new phone, or want to keep using your old one, buying 2-3 batteries a year for a total of $15 isn't a bad deal.3 stars because it worked great, but malfunctioned after 5 months.
