Kraus KEA-14425CH Aura Bathroom Accessories - Towel Ring

I purchased two hand towel bars to fit on each side of the mirror above the vanity counter. These are contemporary sleek looking hand towel bars and not rings as the official Kraus title indicates. The quality is excellent and they are easy to attach to the wall. However, I was shocked to see that we had to mount one of them with the screw on top (logo on the bottom), very disappointing. Kraus should give the customer a chance to get two towel bars that are eachother's opposite. If you only need one than this is not and issue as the Kraus logo will face you. Overall a very well made, nice looking towel bar.

It looks nice, feels good, good quality but the installation screws are the jokes. We tried to tighten everything as tight as possible but it kept falling out more and more. It turned out their wall anchor was broken. Their wall anchors are pieces of crap. It’s too weak to hold the weight. After buying extra high quality wall anchor, the installation became easy, fast, steady. This rack isn’t the cheapest so I don’t know why they save for a few cents for wall anchor and make everything so painful.

I wish this had two brackets instead of one. We followed the recs in the reviews and screwed it into the stud but it still moves when someone pulls at it. It looks great and is quality made. It protrudes 3" from the wall just like the large towel bar so make sure that's what you want visually.

Finish on these is great but the way they're put together isn't. They are actually 3 pieces and they will move. I mounted mine perfectly level and the hanger itself will move up and down about 3 degrees. Me no like. You can tighten the fasteners all you want, I did, and it won't make any difference. I'm looking for a tiny wedge of metal, like a paper clip to inset in the top gap. Had tolerances on the pieces been tighter this problem wouldn't have existed for the hanger. You get:Base: fastened to the clip with two Philips screws.Clip: fastened to the hanger with a single larger Philips screw.Base to clip can turn a little but not much. Clip to hanger, same thing. Taken together and the hanger can move off level. They need to redesign these.In case you're wondering they can be reversed to install without the set screw showing. You just have to take them apart.
