Q: What are the dimensions of the timer?

2-3/4" wide x 3-1/2" tall, 1" thick It's larger than similar products I've had in the past. These measurements include the hinges and snap lock. Very sturdy.

Q: Are they east to mount to a wall

These lighted branches are designed to go in a vase - preferably a vase with a wide enough opening to hide the control box. So just mounting the branches to a wall seems a little strange to me. there are probably other products more suitable.

Q: Can you plug these in to an electric outlet?

No, but the batteries last a long time. I have the lights on the timer, and so they're on 6 hours a day. Lovely!
