Makes my latte art more consistent and better
This is the 2nd espresso machine for me. I absolutely love my new espresso machine as a latte art learner.About two years ago, I got fed up with Starbucks coffee and my hubby bought me the first espresso maker as a Xmas gift that was a little pricey from a B(ig) brand in the espresso maker industry, but unfortunately it stopped working recently. Anyways, it helped me to ramp up my latte art skills so thanks for that. After a careful comparison between many brands at amazon, I came to buy this Sincreative espresso maker at a more reasonable price two weeks ago, and I loved it already. The setup was straightforward, we got it cleaned up and put together in about 10 minutes. The controls are easy and self-evident. Just note the photos may have made it look larger than it really is, it actually takes up little counter space and looks so nice with its quality stainless metal. The first part that surprised me positively was the temper and filter holder, they were the first parts I picked up after opening the box. They were very well designed with high quality materials. The temper is heavy and lets you easily feel the quality of the machine immediately. With just a little force, it brings me nice dark and delicious espresso with multiple layers, and makes my latte more consistent and better. The steam nozzle is more powerful than my first one, and helps me make greater milk froth, as you may know better than me, this is so important for latte art. The first latte art with this machine came out so good and made me so happy. Check out a few pictures of the very first cups of latte I made. The grinder features 1~15 grade, from coude to fine. I usually use 6~7 and it works great for me; it makes less noise.Lastly, it is nice enough to feature a red tag at the drip tray under the draining rack, when there's too much water, it'll rise and remind me to dump and clean up the water. Just a little nice feature makes my life easier. Not to complain, but the machine comes with 20 bars of pressure and probably because of that it takes me a little extra strength to lock in the filter holder.Overall a great purchase for me, and I'd recommend to other latte/espresso lovers, enjoy!

Happy with my purchase!!
I have a Nespresso machine and enjoy using it. However, with the Nespresso machine, I have to stick with their pods. I also like local coffee shops a lot, like Philz and Bluebottle in my area. I wanted to be able to make Philz / Bluebottle coffee at home with their beans at my convenience. Finally, I decided to try out this Sincreative Espresso maker to make my own coffee drink from a variety of coffee beans.Pro:- A full range of functions that satisfy an everyday user like me; much cheaper than coffee pods.- Sleek design; stainless steel provides a stylish looking for the kitchen; most importantly, easy to clean & wipe!!- Solid quality, all the accessories coming along with the machine are very heavy-duty and well-made.- Easy manual and very intuitive to operate; I was able to turn it on and make myself a cup of coffee right after I opened the box. This turned out to be much easier to use than I expected. Before it arrived, I was nervous that it gonna take me a few hours to figure out the setting / operation given it's a much bigger device than my previous Nespresso.- Grinder works perfectly; the grinding function is quick, stable, and consistent; you can adjust the grinding with a wide range of grind settings- I like the hot steam wand, it heats up quickly and produces great milk forth. It definitely inspired me to learn latte art!!!-It takes a few trials to figure out the appropriate amount of coffee power and pressure to apply to the tamper, but soon I was able to brew a cup of coffee with an abundance of flavor and aroma.Con:- Relatively chunky device, takes up some space on the kitchen counter.

I miss my Brevelle
This machine is a disappointment after owning a Brevelle. This machine is very finicky and difficult to use. If you don’t have the grind just right or pack the coffee just right, it won’t brew properly. There is no on board storage for accessories. The best thing about this machine is the steam wand is easy to clean.I wish I would have waited and purchased another Brevelle instead

Helps me save a ton of money and time making iced lattes
I gave a 4/5 because I don't think it pulls the greatest shot ever. I used to be a barista so I'm familiar with good espresso and what this makes isn't quite on par with that. There's also a bit of a learning curve with the steam wand on this but it works once you figure it out.If you think of yourself as a connoisseur then maybe this product isn't for you, but if you have a busy life, don't want to spend the copious amounts of time or money at the drive through, and need a decent iced latte to get you through the day like me then I'd say go for it!

Ok, i don't recommend
I like the looks of the unit, Very high quality build. Many problems though. I have to turn the coffee coffee coarseness grinder lever all the way to the left in order to remove the Brewing handle attachment. They interfere with each other otherwise. The coffee beans are constantly constantly clogging up and I am spending much time clearing it and clearing it and clearing it and clearing it. If you turn the coarseness lever more than halfway down it won't even grind the coffee beans they cannot get into the unit. So you can pretty much guarantee you will keep it on the Course setting or it'll clog up. It is almost as if the grinder was a last minute addition and thrown togeather. So no fine espresso coffee grounds. And it'll never go over about 2 to 3 bars of pressure if it moves at all. Considering it costs almost $500 for the unit, I would have expected it to be a better functioning higher quality unit. I am contemplating sending it back for a refund. Tried to register purchase but only allows choice of extending the warranty. Tried to call the customer service number but it is "disconnected or no longer in service". There is an added bonus barrista book. Printed it out and it has nothing to do with coffee. It only tells you how to make alcoholic drinks.
