I like this bag. I am trying to be more mobile with my business, and I wanted a bag that was light and not cumbersome. I wanted it to be just big enough for my Dell XPS 13" with some space for a few files and/or a notebook. This fit the bill. Looks more stylish than your standard black bag, but not heavy like a leather bag might be. Be aware there is limited storage, but I kinda want that because it forces me not to be a pack-rat. It has two small pockets for your cord, and my XPS has a relatively small adapter which is what allows it to fit perfect. My old computer's large adapter I think would not fit and you'd have to slide it in the main pocket which would make it bulge, so be aware of that. Also love the clip, easily slides in and out without coming undone while carrying. I do agree with some reviews that said the strap is mounted off center, so when carrying like a briefcase it hangs lopsided. That is the annoyance that deducts half a star. By no means is this luxurious, but it fakes it well enough.

I never thought i'd get so invested into comparing messenger bags, but after browsing for hours, I decided to give this entry by Brenthaven a go. It was a lot more than I wanted to spend, but it feels extremely well made, all of the materials are pleasant to interact with.. The zippers are smooth and overall it is just very well thought out. I'd definitely say it was money well spent. I've even received a few compliments on it at college while wearing it around. It has enough room to comfortably hold my surface pro 4, charger, bluetooth mouse, a thin binder, pencils and pens, a calculator, a USB battery bank and cables - and STILL - enough spare room to bring a few extra things. The latch feels sturdy and it hooks on well, yet remains easy to open. I definitely think it's a better solution than magnets or clips. If you're on the fence about this great quality bag, JUST DO IT! so worth it.

This is a beautiful, lightweight bag that reminds me of the vertical bag-- it's why I bought it. However, after just a few uses, the front metal clasp fell off due to stitching failing.That's probably the Achilles heel of this design, the inner large pockets are open and you can't really zip them up, to close it relies on a clasp and hook mechanism. It's very fashionable, but if it fails, the whole bag is compromised. I suppose I can fix it myself by finding some high strength thread and sewing it or finding a way to glue it closed, but for a bag that costs as much as it does, I expect better build quality.Of course, I just might have gotten a lemon.

This is a very nice carrying bag for a small notebook computer or, in my case, for my iPad Air 2 and its many accessories. The bag is extremely well-made and has a pouch for the iPad as well as a couple of separate pouches for accessories such as outboard batteries, cables, my Apple Keyboard, etc. This bag looks highly professional and is appropriate for any venue such as business meetings or court. The perfect bag to hold iPads and the newer Chromebooks. I had it at CES last week andit was so lightweight that it did not contribute to my fatigue of very long hours. Love this bag.

Was a lot smaller then what I expected. I bough it for my husband but it was the proper size for my 8 year old!

Pricey for cheaper materials used. The top handle is off-center so the bag does not hang evenly if held only by the handle.

Nice looking bag. It is Light weight. Material is not great but it's not that bad either. Does the job.
