So far so good!
Good product so far. Was easy to install. The taste of the water and of the coffee improved dramatically, even though our municipal water is of excellent quality.

Glad I bought it
I got a plumber to install the unit who ran twice to the hardware store to get parts. Though I paid for the service, I am glad and happy with the end result. I trust aquasana because I had been a customer for at least 10 to 20 years with the counter top unit. I upgraded to under counter because it leaked. Only wish is that it should be made in USA.

Great flow rate
I installed it to my new house to remove the refrigerator water line and it works great.The water taste is good.Before I used it, I worried about the water flow rate.Normally the filter system gives poor flow rate.But its flow rate is great and I'm very satisfied with it.

Son defectuosos. El flujo es 1/4 de lo que debe ser.
Según este equipo tiene buenas reseñas por la calidad de filtración, y puedo afirmar que sí sabe bien, pero no quedamos a gusto porque el flujo es muy poca. Toma un minuto y medio llenar un litro, menos de 1/4 de la velocidad que debe ser. Tenemos muy buena presión de agua así que no hay problema por eso. Hablamos con servicio técnico de Aquasana y después de intentar varias cosas nos recomendaron devolver el producto. Así que lo devolví y pedi otra pero tenia la misma problema!Parece ser que es un problema que han arreglado en nuevas versiones, pero las que tiene Amazon esta defectuosas.No pierda su tiempo en pedir esto.

The installation went well and there were no leaks initially, but that was about it. After running the water to flush the filters for a much extended period of time, I noticed very small particles floating in the water. Sometimes they would turn into an oily swirl in the water too. I disassembled the filters and found alot of what I assume was plumbers grease all over two of the filter housing threads. I cleaned off the excess and reassembled, but then it leaked badly from the filter housing. It appears the manufacturer slathered grease on the housing threads to seal defective parts rather than replace them. If I had not noticed the small bits floating in the water, I wouldnt have disassembled until a filter change and the unit would have been out of warranty. Shoddy assembly and seemingly an attempt to sell defective product should get them zero stars.
