Does this have holes at the top of the track for bolt on mounting? Also, would bolts block the trolley from sliding. Bolting into truss.

No holes in track, I had to drill. There's 3/4" clearance between top wall and trolley, I used a 1"(OD) x 1/2" fender washer, a 1/2" lock washer and a 1/2" nut to attach the track to all-thread. My setup just barely clears the trolley.

How can I close the ends to keep the trolley from running off the rails?

The prior answer is correct, but for safety you would want a 2nd bolt past the first one... As eventually that 1st bolt will break, & there would be nothing to stop the trolley.

Is it possible to mount a hinge to this to use as a jib crane?

It is possible to use this on a jib crane but you will have to fabricate the crane jib. This is just the trolley that will move back and forth the crane will need to be made from much more substantial material to support the type of weight this trolley can.

Can I drill holes in the top and use low profile bolts to mount to an over head beam? Best way to attach a hoist?

I drilled five 3/8" holes and mounted it directly to the ceiling with lag bolts ( oak 2*4's) . I installed 2 of these to pickup a hospice patient in my home. Coupled with a 440lb electric hoist it worked great.
