This shoulder ice pack is fantastic!! I used it before and after surgery!! I loved that I could be in a sling and it had the flexibility to work with it. It easily wrapped around me and my sling. It is fairly light weight with a one size truly fits all adjustability!! The are part just laid over my arm. I needed ice in my arm pit as well. I took a small ice pack and put it in a cozy and it all worked very well!! I have also used it on my thigh & knee!!

The product is adjustable making it fit well and feel comfortable.

It works but not the greatest! Lots of condensation on the outside of it!

I love this product. I've used it every night since I received it. It really help with the pain in my shoulder and bicep.

My son is a pitcher and it worked perfectly . It secured and covered the arm.

I bought this in preparation for my shoulder surgery. They did OK, but if I had to do it again, I would not buy them and just get a extra large rectangle ice pack.

This gives good coverage to the shoulder and helps me recover. Easy to use if you look at the photos of how it attaches.

This ice pack is totally nonflexible, and so it is impossible to get it to conform to the shape of the shoulder and upper arm. I notice that the model in the photo is wearing it with her arm raised. That's great, but if you put your arm down at your side, the top part of the ice pack sticks straight up at the side of your neck and does not cover the top of the shoulder. The other problem is the straps, which barely stretch at all. The one that is supposed to wrap around your arm is ridiculously short, and it's impossible to get it around to stick to itself on the other side. Finally, the instructions say to lay it flat in the freezer inside the plastic sealable bag it comes in, but the bag is far too small for the ice pack to lie flat in. This borders on false advertising and was a total waste of money, and I'm returning it.
