Master in its class
After cards offer and GST claim, i got it for around less than 26500/-.i have purchased already 4-5 laptop of same model for my staff.i initally tried MI laptops during COVID -19. since then i have purchased more than 8 laptops.you will get this configration around 38-40 thousand.it is really a Master in its class.Just go for it without having doubts in ur mind.

Don’t use Amazon Renewed!
Just as a warning for anybody who considers placing an order for an Amazon renewed product, not all of them are returnable! And fixing any issue with it is a terrible process…I ordered this laptop which made a weird sound when using it for cpu intensive tasks. A minor problem with the fan, I suspect.I called to ask for a replacement but I was told that a technician has to come inspect first. The technician didn’t show up during the time slot (10:00-14:00). I called again and they scheduled another appointment and assured me that they would call me the day after to process the replacement or refund. and AGAIN the technician didn’t show up while I waited at home. Nor was I called the day after. I called again myself and they wanted to schedule another appointment. I got angry and persisted a replacement or refund after which they finally offered a replacement. I hope the new laptop will work fine but it took me a whole week with two days of staying at home and 2+ hours on the phone.Importantly, if you don’t like the laptop, you can’t return it for a refund!! Even though it says that all Amazon renewed products fall under general Amazon return policy. Don’t be fooled!!My advice, pay 10000 rupees more for a brand new product with longer warranty that you can return if you don’t like after trying. Cheaper price = cheaper experience

Very good at this Price
I bought a renewed laptop in September 2021, and until now, no problems at all. Amazing laptop at this price, i would certainly recommend. I got a 16gb model at a very good price. No regrets. I bought as I started my MBA at the time and it has served very well without any lags or breakdowns, even when I took the same outside India.And if it doesn’t work you can always return in the first few days. I don’t know why people complain, just return and buy another brand.These are renewed and some might have some issues. What is the fuss all about ?🤦♂️I clearly have no idea about people bad mouthing about a product. If you don’t like it within a day or two of usage, just return it.🥴😉 Simple.

The media could not be loaded. The screen flickrs with small squares all over with a color band at the top and the system restarts. This happened 5 times for me in jus 30 mns of usage. This is a defective piece and Amazon clearly shipped the same to me without fixing or renewing it. I am so disappointed and am now regretting my decision of going for an Amazon renewed item. I have the technician visit tomorrow and i am not sure how he can fix this.28 Nov 21 - i received the replacement laptop today and it has the same screen problem. Oh my god Amazon is not fixing or checking the issues before shipping them as renewed. I lost almost two weeks of my time in this ordeal and am extremely disappointed qith Amazon and Mi

Excellent Product
This laptop is excellent. I am writing this review after using it for about 2 months. The build and the quality of keyboard and its smoothness is really good. The mirroring is of the screen works really smooth. Audio quality is not so good. I bought the refurbished version from Amazon. It did not had MS Office Student 2019. However, Amazon support team helped me in installing those apps through online support. Now the OS is updated to Windows 11. I am not finding any issues so far with hardware or software. Its worth buying.
