I don't want to go to a gym to work out so I built a portable gym with an exercise mat and these resistance bands, which I can easily tuck away when not in use. Fun? Yup! Easy to use? Yup! Good workout? Yup (when I use them, that is)! Economical? Yup! Where can I buy something called "motivation?!"

I'm a senior citizen and since retiring from a physically demanding job, my strength has diminished greatly. I thought these might help build my strength up again. The product description as I read it was not very clear. When it said it included 3 interchangeable bands for different resistance levels, my understanding was the cables were three different resistance value, not all three 60 pound pull. The ones I received stated they were each a 60 pound pull. I'm a woman, 5' 3" and 64 years old. Not as strong as I once was. No way could I use these. And there was no instruction video in mine either, just a flyer showing the suggested exercises. I can not return at this point. But, I would CAUTION you not to make the same mistake. If you are a small female and/or a senior citizen, please be aware these bands were 60 pound pull EACH. For a total of 240 lb. pull. Egads! you must have to be "The Hulk" to use them.

This band is durable and as for the resistance accurate.Excellent quality.

Good idea but my forearms became bruised from the handle banking into it. Not sure if there is a way to prevent this.

the tri-band handle is really great for making quick tension adjustments , and the tension is plenty for me, ( Im a pretty strong guy 5' 11" 185lbs who works out alot) with these bands , you can truly get a great workout anywhere any time. and the door loop is really useful allowing you to change the angle of tension and add many exercises. ( be creative)unfortunately , the door loop that ships now is too big , letting the handle slip out at the worst time. ( think about stretching the band creating all that tension, and right at that moment the handle slips out of door loop, yah ! not so good) thats why I still use the old loop. also, they used to sell all black handles that had a more comfortable grip. ( still using these also) that said, this is still a good product with great bands that really last. unfortunately, what used to be a great product, now seems worse due to the oversized, unsafe door loop and slightly less comfortable, cheaper seeming handles.if your reading this lifeline, please ship me the old door loop and handles.
