*Second update* I received my new pillowcases today. And they are good. Thank you to Urlinens. *update* the company has reached out and is sending me a new set of pillowcases. Wonderful customer service. I hope there isn't anything wrong with the new set. I'll update if there is. I want to start off my saying that it is a pretty pillowcase. I love butterflies and the color lavender (purple and pink). Both together,I'm sold. I really like the fact that it is satin like,it's not pure. And that's ok. I like a cool pillow when I sleep. It's Not as bright as the advertisement photo. That's ok,too. I could of handle all the slight imperfections,if I had bought used but I paid for a new; unopened package and I clearly received a used product. You can see where someone has used a handheld sewing machine and stiched it back together. Another reason I know it's used was because the pillowcase came lose in an envelope. For $15, it's not worth it. With the minor issues, it would be better to buy used. Shipping was fast. Because the butterfly pillowcase goes with my room scheme, I will keep it.
