Brilliant
Would highly recommend this unit, it works well on an induction hob and food is cooked with minimal oil without creating any significant deposits. Those that are created are easy to remove.Time will tell how/if this remains the case over the long term.

Easy to use, no discolouring
We've used the frying pan for frying chicken, steak and tomato pasta dishes over the past 2 months and it works great. The no-stick works well and there's no staining of the white surface (yet?). Works well on an induction hob.

Brilliant for a few months, awful after that
Loved this pan at first - super non stick, the ecological aspect was appealing and it basically outperformed our Le Creuset pans. For three months. At which point, the non stick gave up entirely, and went into reverse - now it’s super sticky and impossible to cook on or clean. Also, nice touch, the plastic handle cracked from being cleaned in the dishwasher! After two months. We followed the cleaning instructions too. So, I really wanted this to be great, but it sucks.

No longevity
When new this wok is fantastic and nothing sticks to it, perfect for stir frys. This however is fairy short lived. My first wok within a year started catching everything and sticking even basic onions to the bottom. Knowing i had a long guarantee I started a return process and the manufacturer were helpful and confirmed i had a faulty pan and promptly sent me a new one. They did however state that this was the only one they would send out and any more faults werent covered. Now after several months the pan is beginning to mark and coating look tired despite using silicone/wood/plastic utensils. We only have halogen hobs which any cook knows never get hot enough to do anything productive with, so wonder how they would fare with gas or induction and getting even hotter?Overall im unimpressed with spending so much money on this “better” ceramic coating which to be fair has lasted less than other non sticks i have used in the past.

Non Teflon, ceramic non stick.
I bought this pan after reading the Which review. We've been using it regularly for about 2 months now and it's quite possibly the best frying pan I've ever bought. I've always been a bit uneasy about Teflon and this one is ceramic. With care, it isn't yet showing any signs of wear. Hopefully it will stand the test of time. It is relatively light and has a deeper than average, curved side. Makes tossing the cooking food much easier. The glass lid is another big positive, we use it all the time.

Definitely non stick and does work on induction hobs but!
A great non stick pan but it only works on the small and medium size induction rings. I suspect it has an induction hoop built into the base as it's actually aluminium which normally would not work. The hoop I perhaps a little undersized. Still, a fabulous pan.

Best Frying Pan I’ve ever had
I’ve used this pan for a couple of months now, and I am so pleased with it. Nothing sticks to it…it is easy to clean, and light to lift, even when full. Worth every £pound.

High quality pan
Delivery as stated and parcel was well packed. The frying pan is very well made and the ceramic non-stick surface is wonderful. Obviously it's too early to assess durability but my initial view is that it's more likely to be good than bad as there are no visible scatches after the first few months of regular use.

Love it, cooks well, very easy cleanup
Unlike a lot of non-stick pans, I find that I can brown foods (hash browns for instance) with this pan. I can get a good golden brown or dark brown, leaving my non-induction electric stove burner set anywhere from 6 to 8 (out of 10 being fully on).Cleanup is superbly easy. Usually just the sponge side of a 3M scrub/sponge and a bit of Dawn detergent, cleaned and done in 1 minute. I kid you not.I have 3 of these Prestige Earth Pans now and they all work great for sauteeing, browning, frying.THE MAIN THINGS TO KNOW: 1. You GOTTA use a rubber coated spatula. Absolutely NO metal cooking utinsels. 2. You have to stay with the pan while cooking. Do NOT walk away and let this burn off (and ruin) the non-stick coating. If you're going to yak on the phone, yak while you watch the pan cooking OK? If you can do this, the pan and it's coating will last a long time.My cooking style: I cook exclusively with olive oil and I am not shy about using it. I am mostly vegetarian but do eat chicken and fish on occasion.BOTTOM LINE: I'm older, have seen many non-stick pans come and go. Most of them are gimmicks. This Prestige Earth pan, so far, has been the real thing. It is truly effortless cleanup! I no longer "let things soak", I just get the pan cleaned, rinsed and placed in the dish rack within 60 seconds. Then I get back to my life. I will revise my review if things change.

ottime
Ho acquistato questa batteria di pentole ad un prezzo favoloso essendo su wharehouse e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta, sono resistenti non leggerine come avrei pensato, e avendole già collaudate posso dire che sono proprio come le desideravo
