Radius Garden 25802 Pro-Lite Ergonomic Carbon Steel Floral Shovel, Green

I have used this shovel for several projects over the last couple weeks. Having shoulder surgery in the past, need to be careful doing yard projects. This shovel is lightweight, the perfect size and extremely durable. Great purchase!

It was a bit too big for my original need, I wanted it to dig when I go metal detecting. However I can't say enough good things about how much it has simplified working in my yard.

First of all, the blade is sharp and well defined. Holds just the right amount of dirt for me. The rounded radius across the top makes it easy to find in the tool corner, easy on the hands, and makes it "my" shovel. It has a very strong shaft. When digging and breaking roots, this shovel does a great job. I liked mine so much I bought one for my neighbor.

Easy to use light and easy to use.

I am not even 5 feet tall and often don't need a full-size shovel. This has been great for the vegetable garden and my flower beds. Also nice for transplanting. Really sturdy.

This spade sits in the trunk of my car. I volunteer at two community gardens and find the size and weight ideal for my needs. Would recommend for average to small women.

Super light weight, easy in tight spaces. The handle helps me get good leverage in bigger projects (I’m 5’3”).

Gardening should be fun and this shovel is strong for hard or soft soil, and is good for digging up perennials!
