How do I know if I can replace my broken fan with this one? My broken fan doesn't have the model number on it but it looks very similar to this one.

Kind of universal I ordered 2 of them for 2 bathrooms little different spliced the wires and worked fine for me

It doesn’t spec cfm’s . The bathroom Fan I installed this in showed no loss or gain in air exchange compared to the old one and I was pleased with its performance .hope that helps🤷
