Super fast machine. The company is very responsive.
Love the product so far! Touch responsive, batter is good, fingerprint reader works great!Update not a year yet crashed 3 times now my camera is undetectable! The seller tech warehouse still very responsive. However im not happy with HP since I paid a price like this!

It's bricked after using for less than a year.
It's a working device until it turned into a brick less than a year we bought it.After 10 months of usage for middle school activities, the laptop started randomly rebooting.It eventually became too frequent to use it.There were not even any warning messages.One thing that really sucked was that we actually didn't have the one-year warranty.The one year warranty covers since "factory date", not the date we purchased on Amazon.So I actually had to pay $99.99 for a repair services hoping they can fix it.Unfortunately, the technicians couldn't give me useful suggestions other than running hardware diagnostics or reset the PC, which I already have done it several times before I reached them.

Pequeña, liviana buena calidad de pantalla, un poco incomodo donde esta ubicado los parlantes porque depende donde se ponga quita sonido pero por lo demas super bien.

Poor first impression
Product arrived with screen black. Powered on but no screen. After several hours and searching learned that the issue was most likely the RAM incorrectly installed. 40$ later at HP service center that was indeed the issue. So basically paid 200 for additional RAM plus 40ntonget it reinstalled correctly. Also even though it says touch screen it is definitely not touch screen. Very disappointed that it is not. Display suffers from plastic screen instead of crisp glass touchscreen.
